Description
The 10-hour* Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier guards against problems caused by dry air in the home. Unlike other humidifiers that grow slimy mold on the water tank surface, Silver Clean™ Protection is embedded in the tank to fight the growth of mold and mildew on the surface of the water tank. Thanks to ultrasonic technology, it disperses a fine mist into the air, and is ultra-quiet making it ideal to have on while you sleep. It is great for tabletops due to its compact size. The humidifier emits a soothing cool mist, and a low water indicator light lets you know when it’s time to refill the water tank. Night light feature makes it a great addition to kids’ rooms. A: The only lights on this unit is the nightlight, which can be turned on or off, and the power light. The power light cannot be turned off.

Q: Description says no filter required, but then shows the unit comes with a replacement filter! Which is it?

A: There is no filter required to operate the unit. However, there is a filter available in the event you have hard water and experience a white dust from the minerals in our water. The filter will help to reduce or eliminate the dust.

Q: How many watts does this draw? Is it 110-220V compatible.

A: The unit will draw 12W and only run on 120V 60Hz power source. It cannot run on 220V.

Q: How do I fill it? I removed the cap and took the tank to the sink. The only fill hole is the tube that runs through the tank. And also is open at the bottom so that the water runs right out the other end. What's wrong here is there a piece missing

A: When you turn the tank upside down there is a lid that you need to twist off. The water goes in there.

A: The tank holds up to .21 gallons of water. We do not recommend running any water based product on anything that can be damaged by water.

The H920BL Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier is terrific. I use it in the bedroom on my night table. It has performed well for several years only needing occasional cleanings with distilled vinegar. It is an aid for comfortable sleeping and helps keep my sinuses moist, especially during the winter months. Customer service, when needed, is excellent!

Nice small size, extremely quiet operation, even on high. I do notice a difference in how I feel the next morning when I sleep with it on. Just know the tank is small, I can use it on low for 2 nights before running out of water.

Easy to move around house as needed
I bought this smaller, more portable PureGuardian after using the 2 gallon H4810AR at night in my bedroom. After just one week, I was so impressed with the difference the larger one made to my ability to breathe while sleeping that I wanted something to use in the evening while I was reading or watching television. This is perfect for that. Easy to fill, very portable, small enough to sit on the end table, so quiet that you forget it's on. I sat it on a small plate in case it leaked which it hasn't, but the plate makes it even easier to transfer. Love both of my PureGuardian humidifiers!

It hasn't broken yet...
This thing is a piece of garbage, spend your money on a recognizable brand. It's not very loud in operation but the button is extremely loud and you have to click through all of the settings to get to low without the nightlight. On low, it runs nowhere near 10 hours, maybe 6 at the most. I have been using it for only about a month and only with purified water, and it already has mildew in it as well. I would like to return it but my target account has it marked "not eligible for return".
