As other reviewers said, this product doesn’t last more than a year or 2. But reviews of other brands aren’t great either so I have bought again, and all have failed after 1-2 years. I do use mine nearly daily, so perhaps of it’s for occasional use it will last much longer. Too bad, because it’s nice. It does seem to have a safety feature that reduces heat, even at set temp level, so I have to turn off and on to reheat. Annoying but probably good idea.

This was a nice a heating pad while it lasted, but I really hate buying products that just wind up in a landfill after a very short useful life. It suddenly stopped working and like most consumer products these days, there is no way to repair it. So in the bin it goes! Waste of money and materials.

It does not get hot enough when you don’t have a blanket over it or you aren’t lying on it. So if lying across abdomen alone it doesn’t really help.

I got the “F” flashing also, but after reading comments, it says to make sure cord is attached to pad before connecting to electricity. That fixed it. I suggest that you write in BIG letters on the pad to connect in this order. It may eliminate some of your complaints.
