Makes hair fall out & hair feels like a broom
Do not recommend. I have thin hair, but a lot of hair. I also color. It is black. This made my normally greasy hair super dry. It stripped my color within a month. In addition, my hair has been falling out in clumps after shower and brushing. I never have had issues like this before. At first, I thought it was stress from my job or aging as I am in my late 30s, but after reading all the reviews I think the shampoo and conditioner may be the culprit. I had bought it while I was on a vacation. I typically use Pureology or Biolage and I rather spend good money on salon grade than have my hair fall out and feel like straw.

The amount of hair that comes out in the shower is enough to ball up to the size of a rat. Then I lose more as I brush my hair. This is not normal at all.

Smells Terrible
Smells horrible. Used for first time and noticed its unpleasant smell but didn’t realize how bad it was until I’m going about my day and I can’t get away from how bad it smells. Very strong and medicinal. I’m going to the store today to buy something new and this is going in the trash. Leaves awful residue in hair
Probably the worst shampoo ive ever used. It leaves my hair with this really tacky residue. I've never had a shampoo do this. The tacky feeling makes my hair knot easily. My hair does not feel silky soft anymore. I run my fingers thru my hair and the tacky residue is on my hands. I feel like I'm washing my hands so much just to remove it from my fingers. I tried using this product for a week but I end up just double showering bc the texture of my hair is driving me crazy. The conditioner from this grand is phenomenal, I pair it with Suave shampoo, but their shampoo just is not good.
