Itchy!!
So bad! :( not only is it pure liquid but like I now see in other reviews it left my head SO ITCHY! Like can’t sleep my scalp was so itchy. I tried the blue one from them and didn’t have a problem but this coconut one is terrible. I bought 2 unfortunately and waited to long to return. I would feel bad even donating this.

i still struggle to find a decent conditioner and shampoo that works for my hair. i took a shot with this considering most of them were bought up so i thought it might be good. bad mistake. no hydration it just leaves a film of silicone feel. i tried it twice once with the biotin shampoo i think it was (it's the purple and white bottle) and once without, just to see if the conditioner was actually bad or if it was just the shampoo. it's definitely both.

Dry scalp and hair
This conditioner smells nice but it left my hair SOOO dry and frizzy. I have coarse, straight hair and this brand made it feel like hay after washing, then my hair looked greasy and unwashed by the second day. My scalp is feeling super dry and itchy, so I'm guessing that the greasiness is being caused by my scalp trying to compensate. Maybe this is a good brand for people who have very oily hair and scalp but my whole head is crying for moisture right now.

Honestly so bad
I try to be accepting of new brands trying to make their name but this is honestly just crap that shouldn't be allowed on the shelves. It made my hair feel dry and straw like.
