This is a good product but the bottle and pump don't work! the pump arrived stuck and broken. There is no way to use this conditioner easily without the pump, particularly with wets hands. Unless they fix the pump issue, this is a pass for me ...

After taking careful view of majority of these experiences; I use only the Pure Zone Tea Tree Shampoo & Conditioner. I personally know my grade of hair; what I can use and what I can’t use. After reading some of these reviews, most of these individuals are just here to complain. I only found (38) reviews spectacular and helpful. The rest, uninformative. No purpose. Anywho, Pure Zone Tea Tree on the shelf. Thanks.

The pump does not work at all - I had to switch it to another bottle entirely. I looked at the reviews and this seems to be a huge issue. I would recommend the smaller size until they fix the pumps. The scent is also VERY much like a vanilla air freshener spray. I really wasn't expecting that for argan oil, which tends to have a more floral/fruity scent in all the other products i've tried. I can't speak to the effectiveness on my hair because I had to use a leave-in conditioner in order to cover up the smell.

I really like this brand and am a regular purchaser; however, the packaging is awful so I took off a star. I am not sure if it is a new or old version I’m trying now as I have two different pump versions of the products that were sent to me with this purchase. There is no arrow on top to show how to unlock the pump, and I have tried to no avail using all the usual and even super creative tricks. I eventually grabbed a pump from another product. Just an awful quality pump. If I ever see this product in the store with the awful pump, I will have to switch to the smaller size without (pump is that bad, but I clearly love the product itself).

The pumps are terrible, hardly any shampoo comes out, and the conditioner is thick so it won’t come out at all. Have to remove the pump and squeeze the bottle for the shampoo and conditioner to come out. I do however like the product itself, lathers nice, makes my hair feel clean.

At first I didn't like this shampoo/conditioner for a couple reasons. It smelled like baby powder to me (I dislike the smell of baby powder) and I just didn't feel a difference in my hair. I decided to keep using the product since it was all I had to work with. My hair was extremely damaged by hard water. Even my hair dresser told me the damage was awful and I was better off cutting it off (my hair is at mid back length...I just couldn't cut it to my shoulders!) While saving up for a higher end conditioner, I kept using this product. After several weeks I began to notice my hair was much softer. It didn't frizz and was beginning to look healthier. I was quite surprised with the turn around while using this. I still hate the smell. I likely won't buy it again simply for that reason.

I am so disappointed in this conditioner! I tried the one with purple label and was thrilled it was luxurious, smelled great and left my hair feeling so soft and healthy! So when I ran out I decided to try this one because of the larger size (we use a lot of conditioner) I am beyond disappointed first of all and mostly because it smells like an ashtray! Never in my life have I come across a hair product that literally smells like a stale ashtray but this is exactly that, it’s also very thin compared to the wonderful purple labeled one but I’m honestly not even complaining about that because it washes out fast and that’s a relief bc the smell! Can’t say it did any thing for my hair and that’s an extreme let down because to smell this terrible it should work wonders, sadly it only disappoints and makes for very unpleasant showering!
