It's meant to cool a small bedroom and hallway in our home, and it does that just great! It is no louder or quieter than any of the other AC'S in our home, and that's just fine. I gave it9 4 stars instead of 5 for 2 reasons. The fist is that the panel for the exhpaust kit was too narrow to block the window vertically and too long to fit in our window horizontally. I cut the piece to size, which worked out great. The second reason is that it can't be sat flat on floor. It needs to sit on something at least 14 inches high for the unit to drain and work properly. We like enough to buy a second one.

What to like or dislike about it is not the question. It’s because I haven’t received this order. So I hope that you will not charge me for something that I don’t have. It says that it was delivered, but I didn’t received it. It would be nice if I have received it, it’ll resolve the problem we’re having with the air conditioner. So I hope that you can understand how I feel. I don’t think anyone likes to be charged for something that you don’t have or received.

This is not a 10,000 BTU unit. It is only a 6000 BTU. Other reviews show the same complaint as mind. Bought it for my bedroom But not sufficient to do so. I talked to a woman and she offered me credit back but I cannot find where I have access to this offer. Also o cannot get the remote to work either. Changed the batteries several times but it does not work at all. Please advise of YOUR next move in this issue. Very upset with this transaction.

I bought this unit a couple of years ago and it’s still working great! Delivery was spot on, and setup was super easy—even for someone like me who’s not into gadgets. I really like that it has a built-in dehumidifier too.The only small issue I’ve had is with the control panel.

I purchased this because it said it was 10000BTUs, but the energy savings says 6000BTUs. It only cools within 5’ in front of the air conditioner. The room air completely hot and humid and this cannot cool a room that is 20’x17’. Will have to return this because it’s not sufficient and incorrectly advertised.
