Love the extra soft bristles and their flossing design. I always get praised at my dental cleanings. These replacement heads can be hard to find at my local stores, so I bought six 2-packs to last a long time.

I love the brush head but this handle almost cost me my life. I was brushing my tongue and it came apart almost lodging in my throat. Please you need to find out a mechanism where thisndiesn happen again.

The replaceable head is a useful feature, I ordered two extra. However, in the past I ordered several "Scuba" style brushes, which I really prefer. Why? The handle on a Scuba toothbrush had a bit more flex in it; the thumb indentation had grooves that held your hand better; and the texture of the handle was more tactile, less prone to slip when wet, unlike the newer Big Brush that is hard plastic and harder to hold when wet.

The best toothbrushes ever. I was honestly a little surprised reading all of the bad reviews because I’ve been using this for over 5 years and have the same 2 handles, one for home, and one for travel. They have both lasted me that long. So I don’t understand how other people say that their handles break or don’t last, maybe they’re just being too rough with it? I don’t know. The other thing is, I don’t have trouble with my bristles “falling off”.

I’ve been using radius now for almost 6 years. What a difference of brush makes my dentist loves how fast they get me in and out of the area with cleanings. This brush works so well.

I was visiting a friend in NY, and all her family had these gigantuous toothbrushes. I was spitting with her and making fun of how large they were, and she said , “Don’t knock it till you try it. I thought the same thing.”. So she bought one for me, while I was there (that was in 2009). I WAS SOLD!!! (even though it felt unusual at first due to the size) I’ve been using them EVER SINCE! It feels absolutely abnormal to put a standard size toothbrush in my mouth! My mouth feels as if I am able to do such a better job of getting everywhere! I allllways brush my tongue and rod off my mouth also, and this just has MUCH better coverage for that as well. Thank you for such a unsuspecting (I’d never seen them before her house) but great product, Mucho mucho KUDOS!!! The only negative is when I buy replacement heads, the replacement heads are soooooo much smaller than the ones that come when you purchase the entire brush. I purchase them (brush and heads at our local health food store. That has been very frustrating, because I have felt forced to purchase a new brush each time. Have been using Radius for many years but this was first purchase of super soft bristles. The uneven cut of the bristles works great for loading it with tooth powder since I switched from paste. Really comfortable clean for teeth and gums.

By far my favorite toothbrush and I’m never using a different one! Even my 1 and 3 year old love using them and the fact there’s no guilt with them being eco friendly is an even bigger win!

I got this toothbrush from a value market. OMG! The whole family loves them. The feeling of freshness, cleanliness and comfort is amazing. They all happen to be left handed, but they are still comfortable and easy to use. Bonus that they are made in the USA. This is what we will be using from now on. Thank you!

This is a review of the Radius Big Brush, in two parts, the first part general and the second part specifically addressed to people with hand tremors, in particular people with essential tremor. 1. I’ve been using the Radius Big Brush for many years. I find it exceptionally satisfying, in that it gives the gums a pleasant massage, and the bristles have just the right degree of yield. 2. For people like myself, who have so-called essential tremor, or I would think any type of hand tremor, the Radius Big Brush design is uniquely valuable. I have had essential tremor since childhood (yes, that’s possible), and this brush design has solved problems with toothbrushing that I had for much of my life: it greatly reduces the need for precision in placing the brush so as to brush the gum line, and it eliminates the rigid part of the brush knocking into the teeth. A supplementary remark for anyone who works in a hospital: because the Radius Big Brush Is so helpful for people with hand tremors, I regard it as being a prosthetic for people with this problem, and I think any hospital would be well advised to carry a stock of Radius Big Brushes, so as to be able to give one to any patient with hand tremors who is not already aware of this product. Please note that these remarks apply specifically to the Radius Big Brush, not to the Radius product with the small brush head; the small brush head is not especially helpful for people with tremors.

I’ve been using the RADIUS Source™ for a while now, and it’s easily one of the most comfortable brushes I’ve tried. The wide head covers more surface, and the soft bristles feel gentle but clean really well. The handle is ergonomic and made from recycled materials, which I love. Plus, you can just replace the head instead of tossing the whole thing smart and sustainable.

I’ve been using these with my RADIUS handle, and swapping them out is super easy. The bristles are soft but effective, and each head lasts a while before wearing down. I love that it cuts back on plastic waste since I’m only replacing the head. Great fit, great quality just makes sense.

Great toothbrush handle with replaceable heads is a winning combination. And the heads are also great! Bigger and softer than most toothbrush heads, so they get my teeth cleaner faster.

BEST AND SOFTEST TOOTHBRUSH ON THE PLANET! I PERSONALLY LIKE THE NON FLOSSING BRISTLES AS THEY ARE SOFTER ON YOUR GUMS. GIVES GUMS A NICE MASSAGE AND GREAT FOR BIGGER TEETH. I LIKE THE ORGANIC SPONGE FLOSS TOO BUT WISH IT WAS THICKER.

Me and my wife have used a total of 5 handles in the last year. Every handle has broken after replacing the first head. The replacement bristle part is awesome, however, the handles do not hold up long at all. The slot where you insert the replacement head has either broken or become very loose to where the bristle head just falls off while brushing. Very disappointing given the price.
