You can adjust the way your coffee is made and whether you prefer milk or coffee first. We wasted money on another brand that was held at a high standard but the coffee was never nice from day one. Lukewarm at best
This machine is beautiful and very quiet. I came from using a Breville Barista Express. Unfortunately, this machine makes lukewarm lattes at best. I tried many different variations of drinks with the temperature set to hot and they all were warm. I will be returning this.

Great Coffee but machine fails
We bought the KF7 coffee machine as a Christmas present for ourselves. We loved it. All the great things that we read about the KF7 were true and it met our expectations... until an issue arose with the coffee output. The first machine we had failed in February after less than 2 months use. It was replaced under warranty. Great!! However, the second (new) machine failed with the same issue within two weeks. The similar sounding popping noise appeared, and the majority of the water was passing out the side of the machine as steam instead of passing through the coffee grinds. We remained optimistic and sent the second machine to Kitchenaid for repair. We had thought, maybe there is a faulty part that could be repaired, and the machine would have a long life of wonderful coffee production. Upon its return from the repairer the second machine worked will for about 7 weeks. Yesterday the second machine failed for the second time - that is three fails in three months. Currently my beloved preset coffee selection of a 55 ml expresso now produces about 15 ml of coffee in the bottom of the cup. Agggg!! After the third fail it is time for us to find a new coffee machine. Great coffee is wonderful, but reliability is a big deal too.

Fantastic Coffee - Better than Jura

The only problem is that I've had to cut back a bit on my coffee consumption because this makes such a better and stronger cup of coffee. Plastic Heaven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great! Be aware that it’s made of mostly plastic.Even the lines where hot water goes through. Just think of the amount of microplastics every time you make a cup of coffee. I’d like to see this redesigned with less plastic parts.

Love it!

You can do a lot of customization which helps to get the coffee to your liking. The machine is very easy to use and the screen will guide thru everything, which is awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been enjoying this espresso machine. The only downside we have found is the drinks come out just warm. If you don’t drink it quickly it’s cold within a few minutes. We find ourselves putting it in the microwave right after making it. At the price of the machine you would think this wouldn’t be an issue. Other than temperature issue everything else works perfectly. Super easy to cleanup and maintain. I have seen reviews about how much water this machine uses, which you will be refilling a lot, but I don’t think it’s bad. I like how thoroughly it cleans itself.

Worst coffee machine ever.
Coffee comes out watery and I purchase expensive beans. It does not make coffee it makes hot water. I regret purchasing.

Great Machine- Uses a lot of Water
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the KF7 a month ago and just went through first filter which = roughly 200 cups. It is fantastic, very thoughtful for cleaning makes it super easy. Like all super autos- clean, clean, clean.. I gave it 4 stars because 1- the milk foam isn't great and the Swiss machines I have used have better foam. Not a deal breaker- on par with my Saeco and old Delonghi but oddly not as good as my 15 year Lattisma Pro... Go figure 2- It uses a lot of water when rinsing and either the sensor is off in the tray, but there doesnt appear to be a way to remove the tray without water all over the counter.
