A: Hello Meredithann23, If the radio stops playing when you plug in the included AUX cord, please make sure the device connected by AUX is actively playing audio and that the volume is turned up on both devices. This model automatically switches to AUX mode when the cable is inserted, so there is no mode button to press. Be sure the cable is firmly and fully inserted into both ends, as a loose connection can cause silence or static. Please note that this model is only equipped with an AUX input for playing audio from another device—it does not support headphones or any type of audio output. We only manufacture the cream model of this speaker, but if you own a different color such as the green version, the pairing process should be very similar. The battery cannot be accessed or replaced. Typically the radio can be fully charged in about 3 hours.
