    Highly recommended

    I started taking Natalbiotic during my second trimester, hoping it would support my gut health and possibly help me test negative for Group B Strep (GBS) later in pregnancy, since I had tested positive during my first pregnancy. Sure enough, this time around, my GBS test came back negative! While I can't say for certain that the probiotic was responsible, I do believe it may have played a role. I've also noticed a positive difference in my overall gut health, so I plan to continue taking it long-term. It's definitely been a great addition to my routine!

    Wonderful

    Yet again, Ritual knocks a product out of the park. The Natalbiotic is easy to take, and really seems to positively effect both myself and baby. She's gaining weight at an exceptional rate (exclusively breastfed), and is very happy most times! Poops like a champ, and I am regular as well.

    I feel like this works great with the prenatal and postnatal pills, I take them with choline as well and iron.. yes pills are pricey but I took these through my pregnancy and my baby came out big and healthy. I also didn’t gain much weight literally all belly. I took my pills daily and absolutely enjoyed the glow I had throughout my pregnancy. These have a probiotic for you and baby and I recommend!

    Can complain

    I started taking this pre-preganany and I cant complain about it. I've never taken or needed a pre-biotic or pro-biotic but I think it has been helpful. Ive noticed a difference when ive run out. TBD if the difference is because ive developed a need for this product after use or that its genuinely just that helpful during pregnancy. Given im pregnant with twins im going to keep taking it as I think its the later.

    A game-changer for pregnancy

    In the beginning of my pregnancy I was experiencing painful trapped gas. As soon as I started using Ritual's Natalbiotic, the trapped gas stopped! It's also helped with my regularity and I haven't experienced any heartburn during my pregnancy. I think having a good probiotic is essential and the Natalbiotic from Ritual has been a game-changer for this chapter of my life.

    Loving this

    I’m 6 months postpartum and I’ve been using these throughout my pregnancy into postpartum. I ran out for a week and my stomach was all out of whack. These have been amazing for me and also my breastfeeding baby

    I wouldn't buy it!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a huge fan of probiotics. And honestly I didn’t fall in love with this one. After I took it, my body usually felt weird. I didn’t like the orange fragrance at all. I couldn’t take it consistently. Because I kept stopping it and going back to my regular probiotics brand. It has no texture and again, the taste/fragance was really weird.

    Happy with the product, not with the packaging

    I'm happy with this probiotic. I've been on a probiotic for quite some time and can't say for sure if I have any specific benefits from this one, but I do really enjoy the citrus taste and the fact that these are easy to swallow capsules. My issue is with the packaging. The container does not screw closed easily, and I feel like ritual usually puts a lot of consideration into the experience of using their product and this part of the experience is lacking. It seems like a small thing, but everything is harder with a newborn, so just having to fiddle with my supplements for a moment longer can be frustrating. My postnatal supplement container is very easy to open and close, but something about this one is not!

    Appreciate the science behind it

    I appreciate the research and backup Ritual has for its products. I don’t feel a difference using this product, but that’s not to say it’s not doing good internally. Just don’t have a strong opinion since I’m not feeling a difference. I was hoping it would help with my bloating and digestion during pregnancy but I probably need something else for that.

    I can guarantee it is helping my digestive system. I see the improvement in my gut! I am really happy that i started earlier, and I can really say my pregnancy symptoms are very mild in the third pregnancy compared to previous one! So everybody, please take care of your gut from the inside!
