Qrevo Curv will automatically lift the omni-wheel or main wheel to handle standard thresholds up to 3cm, and complex double-layer thresholds up to 4cm, ensuring smooth movement across all surfaces. If the steps higher than 4cm, we recommend that you could place a ramp to help the robot cross it.

Purchased this product from target couple of weeks back. So far impressed the robustness and consitency of the product. The dock is one of the best looking robo vacumm dock i have seen so far. The mopping and auto dustbin empty feature is impressive since it works all the time. The navigation is also impressive. I wish they had added the detergent and removal mop feature of the Saros series in Curv series giving the best of both worlds.

Switched from a Roomba S9+ with Brava mop. Hands down, Qrevo is much better. My floors stay very clean and I have not needed to interfere due to any errors, which I constantly had to fix issues with the Roomba. Would highly recommend!

I recently transitioned from a Roomba i7+ with auto dump to the innovative Roborock Curv, and I am thoroughly impressed with its cleaning prowess. Managing two dogs on a floor without carpet but adorned with rugs, I schedule the vacuum to run once daily (MAX+) and a comprehensive vacuum/mop session (HIGHEST/MIDDLE MOP) weekly, covering a total of 420 square feet. This transformation has significantly streamlined my household routine, reclaiming several hours each day for other pursuits. Contrary to my expectations of frequent maintenance, akin to the Roomba’s needs, the Roborock’s design eliminates such requirements entirely. While object detection could benefit from further refinement, I’ve observed improvements, particularly in low-light conditions, though this remains to be confirmed. Having developed a habit of checking due to the i7+, I continue to do so with the Curv. I extend my gratitude to everyone in this community who has been kind and supportive, and I am delighted to be part of it. For those considering a switch, I highly recommend it—a perfect 10/10!

We bought our Roborock qrevo curv after not have a robot vacuum for a long time. I will say it has been great!!! The vacuuming and mopping have both been great and the app is very user friendly. It’s amazing at all the option you have. It’s great to not have to sweep and mop anymore

I received this a week ago. I works great. Previously I owned a Roomba i8 which I for about 2 and a half years. It was did a decent job. It was wearing out, it was starting to take all day to finish my home (about 1800 sq. ft.) I wanted to find a new one with increased suction and this one had the specs. The vacuuming is great the mopping is great. I’m very pleased.

This is my first robot vac/mop! Love, love , love it. First time was so fascinating to watch. Wanted to make sure it didn’t break or swallow anything. I am amazed how smart it is. Don’t have to do anything. “Rocky” vacuums then mops. Goes to dock and cleans mop a few times in the process. Nothing for me to do except once a month empty dirty water tank and fill clean water tank. I can do work on the computer while it cleans my floors. Saves a lot of time. Ai mapped my house first run then it just does its thing. No issues. Just amazed! Tech support is outstanding. Real person answers phone immediately with tech knowledge. My unit was shipped on its side. Washing tray dislodged and I kept getting error. Tech support told me exactly what to do and it worked. No other issues. This thing is so much fun!!

Previously I had the Roborock Qrevo Original and this unit was awesome but the main issue I had was with Pet Hair tangling and limited corner cleaning. We have a large dog with long hair and the roller would need cleaned often. Now with the new anti tangle and corner cleaning it has been a huge improvement and cuts down on the maintenance required. Awesome value to keep your floors looking excellent all the time.

The Roborock Cruve on my hard floor cleans well. However when cleaning my carpet, I find clumps of hair thrown here and there. No hair tangles on the actual robot though per advertisement. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. I'll give this a 4 and a half star rating.

My expectations were pretty high when I ordered the Qrevo. First time using it exceeded my expectations. There are so many reasons why but here are a few. Cleans very well, love the pictures it takes when seeing a pet, extremely good at detecting obsticles, and the app is so easy to use. So much customization in the app is incredible and much more. This Qrevo is one of my best purchases i ever bought.

I liked my first Roborock so much that we decided to get another one for a different floor. I couldn't decide which on to put at which floor, so I put them side by side to compare. The Curv is all white and light grey, definitely much cuter, and for sure the major reason I purchased it.Curve is about an inch-ish short in height compared with untra 8 one I had. I'm not crazy about the water container because is isn't as easy to open as compared to the ultra 8. I love the look (I know I mentioned it so many times already. Lol.). The cleaning tray on the bottom was definitely much better than the other model I have as it has much less parts that requires removal to clean. One thing I did noticed was that it took much longer time to get up the saddle between the room and bathroom. It didn't have as easier time as the ultra 8 robot, but it did eventually get up and clean the area very well. Also, when it was cleaning, it was kind of acting funny at a small area of the room that I put it to test. You can see it from the map view that the top right corner, right before it gets into the bathroom; it wasn't cleaning like the rest of the area. It did clean well, but I thought that was odd. Other than that, it did clean very well and was able to capture the areas that ultra couldn't clean well. The noise level was much better as compared to the ultra I had. I usually would hear ultra when I'm working in a different room, but I did not hear Curv. Over all, while it isn't perfect in my opinion, I'm very very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Oh, and I'm going to put this in the living room area, so everyone will see it when they visit since it is super adorable!

The Qrevo vacuums and mops really well, but that’s actually the least impressive thing about it. What I love most is that it’s practically a fully automatic cleaning robot. I NO longer have to remove the mop pad, wash it, dry it, and reinstall it by hand. It can automatically wash and dry the mop for you, and all the dirty water goes straight into a separate tank. The only thing you need to do is dump the dirty water! If you’re mopping a large area, it’ll even pause halfway to clean the mop before continuing, so it’s always using a clean one. It also automatically collects dust, so you don’t have to empty the dustbin after every cleaning. It’s super convenient. Plus, it’s quieter than any other robot I’ve used. And when it goes under the bed or into dark spaces, it even turns on a light. So cute!

I’m upgrading from the Q Revo (original). This unit significantly improved my life in the following regards: 1. Anti-entangle design. The roller and brush design this generation is able to let all long hair go into the dust bin no problem. This means I don’t have to take it apart every week to remove hair manually. 2. Better mop washing tray. This is similar to previous point in that it reduces the amount of work I need to do. Now the tray does its own cleaning when washing the mop. I don’t have to flush it weekly anymore. 3. Hopping motion. I forgot what Robotock calls this but I’m talking about the Q Revo curv’s ability to raise itself and get over a max of 1.5 inch high obstacle. Now I don’t have to worry about it getting stuck around stuff like chairs with a flat base( like the ikea möbius chair) or rails for sliding doors. I believe we are eventually going to see robot vacuums go up and down stairs. Can’t wait. 4. Better looks. IMO it just looks better.
