I bought 2 in the store and needed 2 more which I had to order online. They just arrived and the frames are broken on both. They were only wrapped in thin brown paper or whatever you call it. The box was they were shipped in looked like it was cut and then taped back together. The packaging was total wrong for shipping frames. Funny, the glass was intact but the frames were broken. I am taking the frames and they box they were in back to Target so they can see the damage.

Broken frames during shipment.
Sadly, like so many other customers, I received these frames today in a ruined state. I ordered 2 frames of this size and they were both broken upon arrival to our home. The frames were simply placed into an oversized box with absolutely no wrapping or packing material. The box top looked like it was crushed during shipment and had been haphazardly taped together with multiple pieces of loosely placed tape. So frustrating and disappointing, and unbelievable, that these frames were shipped in this poor, inadequate manner. Target, please work on improved training of your shipment fulfillment department's training and packing procedures.

Target should stop using FedEx
Nice product if not ruined by the FedEx delivery. Nothing I order that is delivered by FedEx arrives undamaged. My box was ripped open and the frame inside was wet !!!

Arrived damaged
The product might be worth buying in a store, but my order was online and they throw these into a box without any packing material. Not surprisingly, the frames were damaged on arrival and had to be returned. Three of the frames were literally coming apart in the corners. Very bad experience

Functional & cute but inconsistency in colors.
Ordered online and as you can see by the photos there is some inconsistencies in the color of the matting. Cute frames but we’ll see how fast it takes for this to drive me bananas. I’m already contemplating taking them down.

Lost packagae
Wish I could give five stars but unfortunately the delivery driver chose to "deliver" my package to a storage building outside my neighborhood with signs that say, "not a leasing office. Don't leave packages," and now Target is trying to claim because it was dropped off "somewhere" then it must have been delivered. I've never had an issue with packages yet somehow this is my second target order that never arrived

Bad shipping - cracks and chips, especially in corners
I bought 4 of these frames to complete a photo gallery wall in my home - and all 4 frames were damaged. I would not recommend purchase by delivery for these items. And, if you purchase in store, be sure to check behind the corner protectors for damage; 3 of 4 of my frames were cracked there, with 1 of 4 chipped elsewhere on frame. So disappointing.

Absolutely horrific frames. I ordered 10 of these and they arrived in what seemed to be okay condition. No damage to the outer boxes but upon unwrapping, 8 out of 10 of these frames were broken in the corners. These are either cheap crappy frames or the shipping quality that Target uses is cheap and crappy. Either way don't waste your money and time trying to ship these and if you buy them in store, check the actual frames inside the packing. - signed, a livid customer who didn't expect a $200 purchase to arrived completely broken
