The quality feels good and it does maintain my cans cold the only thing I don’t like its the the strap made from leather it’s slippery on my shoulders while i am carrying it

This does not compare to the Otter box cooler. The zipper is a real struggle! I have already replaced the lunchbox twice and now of course I am ineligible for another replacement. . . So I guess if you do not need to use this item daily it will be okay. However, if you actually intend to use the item on the daily look elsewhere for something more durable and pay more. Like the saying says, You get what you PAY for!!!

So between me and my wife have bought 8 soft coolers total ranging from 2-40 can, 1-30can, 2-20can, 2-40 can wheeled everyday coolers, and 1 -12 can every day cooler, and 4 out of the 8 have broken zippers we have always used the lube they send with it we have purchased 4 other hard coolers from them and r very happy with those except the handles break on 65 or bigger those can’t handle a loaded cooler bust soft coolers have inferior zippers and I wish my wife would not have bought the latest go round of soft coolers as they r not going to last I suspect

Have had two of these but the zippers broke on both. The first one RTIC replaced but not after the second one broke. It’s a good size but I wouldn’t get it again.

The zipper is so hard to slide, it gets stuck, it’s like pulling a concrete slab across sand. . I wish it were easier. Ended up purchasing a different style because this zipper is such a pain. Plus side, keeps the kids out because they can’t hardly open it, downside you’ve got to assist with every bottle of water or snack they want to get out. The contents stay cool, not cold. Overall wouldn’t recommend but there are other cooler options with RTIC that are nice.

Easy ordering. Arrived on time. This one was to replace an RTIC cooler that I got for a friend 4 years ago but the zipper came out. I got one for another friend at the same time and his zipper came out. I’ve still got mine and gave one to my son and daughter when they turned 18. Great bags but the zippers do seem to fail if they get daily use.

This cooler held up great for about a year. The zipper was always hard to open and close. It was easy to carry even when full. Eventually though, because the rubber edges that are incorporated into the zipper (which is what make is waterproof I guess) buckle and on when that happens the cooler can’t be zipped/unzipped anymore. Kind of a poor design. Too bad. Loved the cooler until this.

Not really happy, inside specs are far different than what was given and ice kept for about 5 or 6 hours only. Basically might hold a 6 pack of cans and ice but not 12 and ice.

This company has a huge problem with their terrible zippers. Broke the first day of use. The zipper actually split in half and I don't even know how that could be possible as I didn't know there were two sides of a zipper. Like the top and bottom are two ply and sandwiched together. The bottom zipper split open and now it doesn't close. As of right now, I cannot recommend purchasing any of their coolers.
