A: It states that it currently makes no products with BPA or phthalates which would allow food to be stored into them. Liquid foods will cause plastic containers to expand and possibly break.

I bought these for a move. I thought being Rubbermade, they would be sturdy, but out of the 6, 3 ended up with broken handles. Very disappointing. I have bought Rubbermade containers always.

We’ve been able to store some of our kids toys in a way they can still identify and remember during toy rotation. Also I love that they save space and the locking mechanism is great!

Unfortunately, these bins work fine, but are very average. The latches are a bit flimsy and make it difficult to close, the containers do not nestle securely, and the walls of container are angled, which lessens the space and makes it less efficient overall.

These Rubbermaid 30qt locking and stacking storage bins are so handy! They hold more than I thought they would. They had to air out a bit, and just like anything stored in a tote container for long, I'm sure stuff will still come out smelling a little plastic, but that isn't a big deal. We have found many uses so far for these, but plan on getting more for toy set storage for our sons room!

I decided to use some for out of season clothes and others for storing paperwork. I also plan to bring some of them in my camper because they are small enough to not take up too much room in a small space. I love that the lids have a latch on each side so the lid won’t pop off. The container itself is deep so it can hold a lot of stuff. They stack on top of each other perfectly. They are really good quality. The fact that they are clear makes it so easy to see what’s in each one. Definitely recommend if you want something small enough to not take up much space but deep enough to fit a lot of items.

These are a great size: they hold a good amount of those, close easily but stay latched, and stack really nicely. They are small enough to fit on the floor or on a shelf in the closet without eating up too much room.

Our kids are creatives and we are using the boxes to store craft materials and art supplies. I also have set two boxes aside for gathering school supplies as I find them on discount before they return to classes. The boxes are large enough to hold many items without being so large that they are too heavy or awkward for our children to easily manage. They stack nicely to utilize floor space and have handles that click into place and secure their lids.

They are a great size to store anything from holiday decorations to seasonal clothes. They are easily stackable and lids , literally go on in a snap, and stay closed keeping out the elements. Also love that they are clear, so I know exactly what is in each one.
