The steamer does what it says it should- it creates steam- but the on/off switch on the bottom of the base is extremely shoddy. It takes several attempts, pressing the button at various locations along the switch, to make it actually engage the mechanism to start the steamer. I'm not happy that this is the level of finish on something I paid this much for.

I absolutely LOVED this steamer. It made life so much easier. However, it stopped working after 4 months of use. My period lasts for 3 days, so that’s a total of 12 days of use that I got out of it. Pretty disappointing.

I’ve been using saalt discs & the steamer for over a year now & I cannot recommend them enough! I will never go back to using tampons, if you’ve tried reusable cups & had a difficult time/ didn’t like them, please try the discs! They are so much easier to insert & remove. Do yourself a favor & get the steamer as well. literally sooo convenient & hassle-free. My original steamer recently stopped working & I contacted customer service & they sent me a replacement right away! 10/10 products & company

I bought the steamer thinking it would be a quick way to sanitize, but unfortunately it didn't work as intended. The machine doesn't heat up long enough. It turns off after just a minute, and it's not even hot to touch, nor sanitized because it never reached temperature long enough. I tried to reach customer service with no answer after a week, and I'm not interested in paying shipping fee 3 times for reurning a dysfunctional item. I'm truly disappointed, i thought I'd love the product, but now it's just sitting back in its package in a drawer .

I've had my menstrual cup for several months now but always struggled with getting it sterilized before or after my period. This makes it SO easy! Just plug it in, add the water, press start and it's done in no time! I wish I would have ordered this at the same time as my cup!

The customer service doesn't exist - I have just placed a THIRD request to speak with someone, each time you're told someone will get back to you in 1-2 days (it's been 2 weeks and no one reached back to me, yes I checked spam folder). I have never seen customer service this bad in my life, usually at the very least someone speaks to you. Save your money and don't buy this device.
