I used it the one time to clean the disc upon receiving it (after running the full empty cycle per the instructions). The second time I used it - it would turn on for 30 seconds- 60 seconds. A full cycle should be 5-6 minutes. I have reached out to customer support and am hoping they can help resolve, although per the reviews - this seems too be a common issue. I bought despite the reviews bc I didn't want to be boiling it. However - I may need to look for a different way to sanitize.

Our sink water burns hot enough I’d usually just run it under that for a few minutes but hated feeling like it was such a waste and not being 100% certain it was sanitary. An advert popped up for the Saalt steamer and I got one ordered! The only regret I have is not doing it sooner. It’s simple to use, and blends in well enough in our bathroom I don’t feel the need to “hide” it.

This steamer makes it so easy and I hate blood I get so grossed out but this is the best thing ever and I was not grossed out. Everyone needs to buy this and try reusable cups and discs!

Bought this product and it broke immediately after 1 use. I thought it was a faulty product so I bought another one to give it another chance. It broke after 2 uses and now wont even turn on. Do not bother with this :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really handy! The fact it's collapsible is great for travel, but also just for storage at home. It fits the shape of the disc well. I have another that's taller and more narrow, and discs sit halfway up, so you have to fill it way up to even cover the it and the disc always flips upside down. The Saalt one just works easily and perfectly- a theme with their products in my experience. Doesn't hurt that it's a pretty colour either! :blush:
