[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These had a pleasant scent compared to other wax strips. Once you figure out how to firmly place the strip & best direction to pull you are golden! It was a learning process for me. Great value for the variety of sizes you get.

The new formula is absolute garbage. It left me bleeding. At least half of the wax stays on your face and the wipes don't remove it. NEVER BUYING AGAIN!!!

This product has change for better. Now is easier to wax at home and is a really good price. I wish they included something better than a wipe for cleaning up afterwards but if you have baby oil or any face oil you are able to clean up.

Bought this yesterday for my chin hair and only left green sticky goo on my face. Tried another strip after struggling to clean off the last strip, and it took some skin and left behind the hair! A pure waste of 9 dollars. I’d rather keep shaving or tweezing if those strips are the other option

I'm from India and have lots of facial hair. I've been buying Sally Hansen wax strips for more than a decade. When the new strips were introduced, I freaked out and bought more of the old ones while they were in stock thinking the new ones won't work out for me. Sally Hansen proved me wrong. The new wax strips are amazing! It makes my upper lip area look bald :). It takes out even the smaller, shorter facial hair completely. Harsh product. I found the only way to safely use this is, warm the strip between your palms while rubbing them together until it’s fully fully warm, otherwise it will get stuck to you and if you pull hard it WILL remove surface skin. Please be aware. Use with caution.

The reformulation is awful . like really bad. Everything about this is good awful and you're better off just getting the target brand . The wipes hardly have any oil to get the s*itty residue off . the "wax" is all runny and sticky. it leaves more of the wax then removes hair . "Cutting " corners with your consumers. Isn't going to work anymore . we will simply just buy another brand and heed and warn others from buying garbage from you guys anymore. cause it seems you guys have been cutting corners a lot . Please don't buy it , waste of money literal garbage

What’s with the wipes? There isn’t enough to support the strips. Bad idea. Cutting corners? Bring the bottle of oil back. That’s what made this product worth it. Why get rid of the included item that made a difference?! Whose bright idea was that? You’re not special anymore. I literally bought this product because of the oil.

First time using it for the bikini area and I will never use it again. It leaves so much wax residue (about half) on your skin all while pulling less than 20% of the hair off. They also don’t give enough oil wipes (only 4) for the entire box! To top it off, skin was left irritated with some small areas of bleeding underneath the skin that now look like small blood blisters. Terrible product.

I have been using Sally Hansen cold wax strips since the early 2000s and they were the best on the market. This reformulation with blobby unsticky wax works so poorly it shouldn't be allowed to be called a wax strip. Weirdly the packaging advertises "infused with avocado oil and vitamin E [oil] and they have dyed the wax avocado green to belabor this point. Why on earth would you put oil in the wax???!! Oil is used to remove wax, that's why the product always comes with Azulene oil SEPARATELY. Is this why these strips work so poorly? Some marketing genius ruined the product and now it doesn't work?

These wax strips don’t work well and aren’t worth the skin irritation or damage they cause. They also don’t include the actual oil, just towelettes that are ineffective at removing the wax.

I never tried the previous formula so I'm not sure how it compares to this one, but these worked great for me! I decided to try these out on my upper lip and between my brows and it removed the hair in both areas well. I do think these would be even better if they had a paper strip vs. the plastic strips because it was a little hard to get the strip pressed down completely near my nose while I was waxing my lip. I also wish they included more wax remover wipes since I'll definitely run out before I use all of the wax strips. Overall I'm satisfied with this product despite a few little nitpicks.

I loved this product, I was scared because in the past I’ve used melted wax to do my mustache and it didn’t work, but these worked very well. I am highly impressed and think I will keep buying them. They do irritate my skin at first but not as bad as the salon does and it doesn’t rip my skin either, Praise the Lord. I think you need to keep the skin taut to prevent skin from ripping… also it didn’t get every single hair but you can probably use a tweezer for the rest because there was barely any strays left

I've been using these for years on with great success. I gave the new formula a good solid try but it has been nothing short of a disaster. It damages my skin, is not as effective as before. Wipes are useless. Won't be buying this again - after almost a 20 year loyal customer. Sad for Sally to ruin a great product.
