Perfect size
This is one of my favorite products, which is saying something because the scent is overwhelming. I like the size, it works great for my hands. It isn’t going to stick great on certain joints or bendy body areas but for my hands and wrists, I’m quite pleased.

used on neck, triggered a 3-day migraine
This is to help others who are fragrance sensitive or prone to migraines. I have arthritis in my neck with daily pain. I hoped these might be a good alternative to oral NSAIDs. I put one regular patch (not large) on each side of my neck and was immediately overwhelmed by the menthol aroma to the point that my eyes were watering. I thought I'd stick it out a while to see if it helped the pain. I gave up after, IDK, maybe 15 minutes. But by that time, my neck hurt worse and I was starting to get a headache. In a few hours that turned into the worst migraine I've had in years, and it continued for the next 3 days. If you don't have these issues and/or you use it further away from your face, it would probably be okay. But if you do, I recommend you skip this product.

Honestly these work so well for pain, I’ve been using them for years. Just recently I think they changed the adhesive they use cause they don’t stay as stuck on as they used to. But not a deal breaker for me cause they take the edge off my pain so well but is why 4 stars instead of 5.

Who buys this garbage?
After years of avoiding this stuff I finally gave in because the daughter-in-law thought it was great and I really injured my back. This is just nothing but cold soggy patches!. I thought they’d get hot. They’re doing nothing, my spasm and surface pains are just as bad. I think it’s a religion, a cult. I think they’re useless.

Excellent product!
I've used these intermittently on my low back and feet for years. They work extremely well and never have issues of them coming loose. I am allergic to many adhesives, even bandaids, but never a problem with these. I highly recommend this product.

AMAZING!!
These things are amazing, I felt almost instant relief as soon as I put them on! They are small so you need a lot to cover a large area, but there are 60 in the box. Not sure if they make bigger sizes. They stick really well for me. I saw alot of reviews saying they don't stick but mine stayed on all night and weren't even loose the next morning, I have to peel them off. It wasn't overly sticky either, just really good adhesion.
