Q: I have lower back and pain in both hip regions. How many patches can I use at one time?

  • A: I would start using one on each side of where you have the pain. I love this product. I have RA and it helps me a lot. As you use it you will be able to know if you need additional.

  • A: I use as many as 8 of the small patches in an area. There's no limit really. I have used them for years. They are amazing. Salonpas also are available in large patches. One has lidocaine. I use those on old surgery areas & my neck or shoulder.

  • A: They recommend just using one at a time, maybe the large one, but more or leaving them on past the eight hour time doesn't seem to be a problem. They helped my back and knee quite a bit for a while but it seems to eventually lose its effect over a lot of use. The lidocaine is very good but difficult to put on by oneself.

Q: I tried these a couple years ago on my knees but they fell off as soon as I stood up. Is their 'stickiness' better now? On tv, they advertise it is but that means very little.

Really work!!!

Honestly these work so well for pain, I’ve been using them for years. Just recently I think they changed the adhesive they use cause they don’t stay as stuck on as they used to. But not a deal breaker for me cause they take the edge off my pain so well but is why 4 stars instead of 5.

Who buys this garbage?

After years of avoiding this stuff I finally gave in because the daughter-in-law thought it was great and I really injured my back. This is just nothing but cold soggy patches!. I thought they’d get hot. They’re doing nothing, my spasm and surface pains are just as bad. I think it’s a religion, a cult. I think they’re useless.

These work! You won't feel it right away it takes about 20-30 minutes but then you will definitely feel some relief. They don't really get hot they just help relieve pain. I use them on my lower back.

Excellent product!

I've used these intermittently on my low back and feet for years. They work extremely well and never have issues of them coming loose. I am allergic to many adhesives, even bandaids, but never a problem with these. I highly recommend this product.

AMAZING!!

These things are amazing, I felt almost instant relief as soon as I put them on! They are small so you need a lot to cover a large area, but there are 60 in the box. Not sure if they make bigger sizes. They stick really well for me. I saw alot of reviews saying they don't stick but mine stayed on all night and weren't even loose the next morning, I have to peel them off. It wasn't overly sticky either, just really good adhesion.

Burn

I like them for a few days, I felt like they were working well. Unfortunately I suffered a burn and was really surprised by that.. I don’t have sensitive skin . I actually borrow a few from my sister before I purchased them & she is extremely sensitive and allergic to most all products and she can use them . I still think it’s a great product.
