I sinced been a "Sammy Fan" and with all the new AI features that I have yet to explore. I will definitely have to upgrade my product to the better version when my pockets have an opportunity to.

These earbuds have been a frustrating experience. While the sound quality is decent for the first few days, they quickly develop a major flaw: the left earbud starts sounding extremely hollow, almost like a blown tweeter. I initially thought it was a fluke, but the exact same issue has occurred with multiple replacements, confirming a persistent problem with the Samsung Buds 3. It’s disappointing that a cheaper pair, like my Tozo 1s, have lasted three years without a single issue, outperforming these more expensive Samsung buds on reliability. The consistency of this defect is the one thing I wish Samsung had gotten right.

You could be wearing the earbuds incorrectly, or dirt and debris might have accumulated on them. Software outdatedness, low battery, and other concerns can also impact audio quality. Check each earbud’s orientation: when inserting them, make sure the wing tips face upward until they sit comfortably, then rotate the earbuds left or right for a secure fit. It may seem unusual, but also verify if there are any software updates available for the earbuds via the Galaxy Wearable app. Open the app, navigate to Earbuds settings, then select "Earbuds software update," and proceed with the download and installation. They are perfect other than that they are kind of too big for my ears and hurt. But other than that, the noise canceling is amazing. The audio output is incredible. I cant complain about anything other than my own anatomy.

I don't like these - 1. They keep falling out, touch you face and they are on the floor, I don't even see how you can work out in them. You have to constantly readjust 2. Control on them is finicky - hate it 3. Expensive! 4.noise cancelling awful can't even use the feature My bud live lasted over 3 years of heavy use

Noise cancelation was good at the beginning but 2 months after the problems began, sound cancelation got weaker, individual headphones did not charge unless the case had power at the start and then evolved into, headphone case having zero power even though it was charged to 100%.

The only two down sides have been that they do slip a little when working out. I also did have the flashing red light charging issue. But I was able to get that fixed.

Sooo this was not a well thought out or designed product. They are bulky and the sound quality can't really be enjoyed without cramming them into your ears. Speaking of....dont wear them at the gym or even walking too hard they create moisture and fall out of your ear all while providing poor sound quality. The time between these and the next ones release let me know a lot. Then the trade in values are awful and not worth it I'd rather keep a non working item I paid triple the offered trade for than to waste my money that way.

If you like listening to AM Radio from another room than these are the Earbuds for You. I'm honestly very disappointed in the Buds3. Would give negative stars if possible. I traded my Buds2 in for these which I really liked the 2s for fit and sound but the left one kept dying. The change in design for the 3 was a poor choice. The 3s do not stay in your ear with the slightest movement and in order to get a decent sound from them you literally have to apply constant pressure on them into your ear. In trying to return them I keep getting dropped by the chat program. I was going to give the Buds3 Pro a chance but now I'm done with Samsung for Earbuds.
