I would have given it a five-star rating, but if I need to turn it on at the TV, the buttons are hid at the bottom the screen. I even took a photo with my smart phone, and I couldn't get a view of them that way either.

For one thing it is coupled with Google, which is totally obnoxious because, as only Google can do, it tries to infer itself into things as simple as changing channels. It has a good picture, and I have been a pretty loyal Samsung customer, but this is a nonstarter for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me preface this statement by saying I have only ever owned Samsung TVs and don’t have any plans to change moving forward. Their quality and durability has allowed me to avoid purchasing a new TV every 2-4 years to keep up with technology. That said, there aren’t many things in life that can damage the psyche more than regretting an expensive purchase and I fear that is what happened with my new QN55S90 TV. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the picture as the Samsung badge can always guarantee. However, there aren’t enough bad words in the English language to paint a picture for how useless the Samsung Tizen OS is. I would even venture to say it’s the worst OS on *any* device I’ve ever used. Between the head scratching interface that would put any grandparent in an early grave and constant app failures, I genuinely cannot think of one positive thing to say about it. I have owned the TV for 6 months and have deleted and reinstalled apps more than 20x. Exacerbating this issue, Samsung buried the reinstall feature deep in the settings menu. Additionally, you would assume the home button means always landing on the same page since it has a designated button on the remote but alas it takes you to the top of the page you are on (I.e. If you’re watching cable on the “home” page and switch to the Game tab and click the home button, you go to the top of the game tab — not the designated “home” page. I’m out of characters already? You’ll love this TV (w/ a streaming stick)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Occassionally the screen turns pink and theres no volume, it can stay like this for hours. Occasionally the volume greatly increases on its own. Our room is not real bright but when we watch during the day we have to move to a different chair to avoid a glare on the screen. Picture is very sharp and clear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is nice & clear, what you would expect of a high quality tv. The sound is sooooo ... bad! The sound is worse than an old black & white portable I once owned. While watching a show, if you want to raise the volume, good luck. We watch anywhere between 10 & 28 depending on the show & any background noise. We may need to raise the volume to the 50s to get just a SMALL increase. I've even had to go to the 70s at times. Then a commercial comes on & some of them practically blow out your eardrums. You constantly need to adjust the volume. To get tvs flatter, for "looks", the sound quality has suffered. How sad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i love this TV, the picture is amazing, but unfortunately it died after 20 hours of use. From reading the blogs, it has a bad power board. I'm hoping for an upgraded power board soon to get this bad boy back working again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is fine, and the picture quality is generally excellent. The remote, however, is terrible. Simplicity is, in principle, a good thing, and the design of the remote makes it appear to be a simple device. It is not up the actual complexity of the cable-plus-streaming environment of TV watching today, however, and switching from one platform to another--each of which operates differently--is a nightmare. It makes watching TV extremely difficult, interferes with the actual watching, and disrupts what is supposed to be an enjoyable experience.

This TV is so easy to set up to all my devices simply wonderful.

Its a pretty nice tv, good display, 16:9, and nice ui. I like that the remote can be charged with usb c or by solar power. It required some extra hardware to be compatible with a mount we used. But other than that, I have no complaints.

The actual panel for this TV is amazing. Brightness and quality are all amazing. Exactly what I wanted. The reason for the 3 stars is because of 2 things. The controller and the and splash page or interface page. The controller is so bad, for sure the worst I've ever used. The controller is super laggy and has delay. The design is also pretty bad. The volume up and down are not nice to use. Constantly changing it too much up or down. The second thing is the interface page, or the startup screen. It's so busy! I feel like being attacked by 7 used car salesman at the same time. A hoard of options of things I don't have access to or have to pay for. The worst part is that you can't even turn them off. You can't even customize some of it. Way too busy. Feels like I'm being forced to listen to a time share pitch every time I turn on my TV.

Love it so far, been a few months. The image quality is A1 and everything has been working as intended.!we got a surround sound with it and it’s better than going to the theatre.

77 Inch OLED S90D 4K Tizen OS Smart TV is not so smart as it keeps shutting down intermittently and I have to restart it all the time

The Remote for this TV is horrible. Choose another TV like Panasonic

I’m bought the tv this year , the screen is amazing , so much clearer and brighter. It really can’t get better then this , but eh speaker is vibrating like it partly blown. Any way tv great and speakers poor.

Bought this TV 6 months ago , the picture quality is excellent , I saw the good resolution on the LG too but shied away after seeing reviews on the remote operation. The sound quality is good but since I have a sound system I do not use the TV sound that much
