Description
The lava dragon is the ruler of the skies above the lava world – anyone who intrudes upon his space has to deal with him! To defend himself, during a battle he thrashes his spiked tail against his enemies. And that really hurts! Fast-paced pursuits in the sky are no problem for him: his large, strong wings make him an agile hunter with the speed of an arrow! With his ultra-hot fiery breath, he can even melt stones – something which often makes the stone monster see red! The closer he is to the lava source in the temple, the stronger he is. It is also so nice and warm there!

I bought 2 of these dragons for some boys that I babysit for, they are 5 and 4. They thoroughly enjoyed them! The wings do come off sometimes but they can be snapped back on easily. It didn't seem to bother me boys.

A Dragon of any type is certain to stir the imagination of Young & Old alike.The "Lava Dragon" by Schleich is one of the finest I have in My collection. The paint scheme is very believable and moveable wings and jaw is a great feature as well.

My son requested this multiple times from the store and Lava Dragon is our most played with Schleich. The wings are able to be moved via a joint to the dragons body so he can rest or soar through the sky!

This is one of our favorite toys and my son just loves it! The movable wings are a huge plus. They pop out if bent the wrong way but very easily pop back in, no problem!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You have to put one wing in the toy yourself, doing so is super easy. But that part falls off if the dragon is dropped. Otherwise it's really detailed and looks amazing and the person I got it for is happy with it.
