Not would I recommend! I totally recommend Scosche vent mounted wireless charger. Since my Insight is a 2010 and my iPhone 6 is nearing four years, and now it's 2023, my concern was, would it all work together in my car. Yes, they fit and perform beautifully. Clever engineering and design, both product and packaging. It's no wonder Scosche is #1. I'm impressed. After carefully pulling the pieces out of well designed packaging, I just did the minor assembly and attached the cone to the a/c vent. Easy! Visually exactly like the promotional pictures.

Expensive phone mount. Not a charger.

Looks fine and holds a Pixel 6 or iPhone 11 well enough, but doesn't deliver enough power to charge either. Even plugged into a 30W wall unit, it puts out about enough to charge your smart watch.

Terrible doesn’t charge the phone at all and I have an iPhone 12 and it doesn’t hold the phone very well either.

My car does not have an easy place to have a phone mount or place to keep my phone so this was a perfect find. Really happy to find one that charges too. And I can take this with me when riding with my spouse easily for road trips. Strong holder that doesn’t fall off like I was worried it may.

This Scosche vent-mounted wireless charger has so many great features. It's so nice to have something that can charge your phone and make it so easy to use and view without the wires to clutter up your dashboard. It also manages to look nice while not being used. Its relatively simple design just sort of blends in. The clip will work for most vents that have the horizontal slats. Unfortunately, our new 2022 Honda Civic has a honeycomb vent cover, so this will not work for that particular car. I don't hold that against Scosche, as most cars will have zero issues supporting this charger.

This vent charger is great for when you're on the go. It is pretty easy to load your phone onto the charger even when driving. I am concern about its lasting ability over time. I would not be surprised if the grip loosens over time and with frequent use. However, I like being able to charge my phone and easily view it as the same time.

I really like this cordless charger! It truly does fit on any vent style vertical or horizontal. It’s secure and easily grips my phone. It’s adjustable for when I upgrade to the next phone and has the port accessible when I want to do Carplay in my car. It’s nice to have my cup holders back and my phone is no longer sliding around. I recommend!!
Useless—Does not charge with magsafe case on phone

I have an iphone 12 pro max and this is useless as a charger. Tried adjusting the sides and bottom arms to every configuration, and will not charge my phone with the magsafe case on it. I even tried putting the phone upsidedown. It will only charge without the case. I do not have this issue with my apple magsafe charger at home or other Qi chargers, so its not a problem with the case

There is a button on the back of the mount/phone holder that lets you adjust the support feet on the device. Be sure to press this button and lower the support feet to the lowest position possible. The charger portion works well, but the prongs are too short to stay in the vent when the phone is in it. We're keeping it as a car charger, mostly because my husband threw out the box, but he's back to using his old vent mount when he needs the phone as a gps. He has an iPhoneX, very thin case, so it isn't because the phone weighs a huge amount. Probably a standard weight for a phone which has the Qi-chargng capability.
