Unsteady and wobbly
The attachment point by the seat’s headrest is solid but beyond that, the holder itself is wobbly and unsteady. I could see this either falling out the mount or being a hazard in the event of an accident.

Didnt work for us
This product fell short for our expectations. Difficult to install on the headrest, many small parts, and wouldn’t stay upright with the iPad attached. Found a better option elsewhere.

Doesnt fit
Does not open up to 10 inches I had it pulled all the way out and only goes to 8 inches …. Packaging states it fits 10 inch tablets … otherwise would of been good

Worse product
If I could rate this lower I would. I purchased an iPad 10.2 and used this product for a day. Well the iPad fell from the product and the screen cracked. Do not purchase this item! $25 is not worth cracking a screen on a. $300 iPad! Very disappointed

When probably mounted and the iPad is properly installed it should be virtually impossible for the iPad to fall from the headrest mount unless there is an outside factor that attributes to this. Definitely recommend!!
This headrest mount works great. I bought it so our child didn’t have to hold the device in her lap and strain her neck on a long road trip. It fits our 10” iPad perfectly even with a thin case on it. I was reluctant to purchase because of the other bad reviews, however if you follow the instructions you’ll have no issues. It even tilts up/down/sideways for more comfortable viewing depending on your position in the seat.

It’s a lifesaver when you have one tablet and two kiddos, however we got a new iPad and case for Christmas and it barely fits because the extender does not open to the inches as listed in the description. When going to remove the iPad the extender arm pulled out of the base and I can no longer get it to go back in so it is now useless. Back on the hunt for some thing that will fit the iPad hold it securely and properly as well as allow us to adjust. It’s a great item if you’re using it for smaller tablets but beware iPad owners. Also the extender only closes so far that you definitely can’t fit an iPhone as I have the max and it just barely fit.
