A:Â I have this same problem. I purchased the one showing PRO online, the box is the PRO model #VM252, and the box says magnetic charger. But I did not get the one with the magnetic charger.

The VM252 series has headlights and a magnetic charger, and the VM200 does not have headlights and has a standard charger. We hope this information helps.

Q: How much space can I clean before needing to throw away and replace the pad? Would I be able to vacuum/mop an entire one-bedroom apartment or would I need to use multiple pads?

A:Â This item is for people with clean floors. The pads get dirty immediately. Once you vacuum, the pad becomes dirty. Then, when you go to mop, the dirt is mixed around with the liquid cleaner and now you have a real mess! I did 1/2 of my house and used 2 pads.

Q: How is it on dog hair? This seems like a dream come true for me but we have 2 hairy doggies and not all vacs work well with pet hair.

A:Â I have a dog and 5 cats. This item is truly not for people with pets or dirty floors. The pads get dirty when vacuuming, and then when you use the mop, the dirty pad gets wet and it makes a mess. I do not recommend this item unless you have clean floors. I'm sorry I bought it. It's expensive to use, having to buy the pads and they're hard to find.

This is exactly what I needed and if you’re a parent of small children you need it too. I have meals with my kids 3 times a day at home, and that means bits and pieces of food all over the floor around the table 3 times a day. This thing solved my stress. I literally use it for 5 seconds and all the food pieces are picked up and I have enough time to spend it with my kids. The fact that it’s cordless is so amazing, usually as I’m trying to vacuum my toddler tries to pull the cable and now I don’t have to worry about that either. I don’t know how this vacmop doesn’t have better reviews. I love it!!!

It worked fine for 2 years but then did not charge anymore. Called customer service and they told me that the battery can not be replaced. What’s the point of having a rechargeable battery that can’t be replaced? Will look for another brand next time..

It's not a good vacuum or a good mop, it does a mediocre job at both functions and I hate the fact that I have to buy those little shark pads in order to use it. Deeply wishing I had spent more and invested in a proper vacuum.

I bought this two months ago and absolutely fell in love with it. The vacuum hose snapped and there is no way to reconnect it. Not sure if this is a common issue but I’m very disappointed. I’m having issues trying to find where/who yo contact to get a replacement. I would absolutely recommend this if the hose wasn’t an issue.

I’ve had two now (one because I had to return it because it broke) and it Worked great a couple of times, before breaking again. The little attachment pieces for the pad break off easy. Also, I bought the insurance…fyi it goes through the manufacturer and we had to pay $20 to replace it. Not worth the money.

I love this for getting some of the pesky small crumbs & pet hair that gets pushed around with the mop, its so easy to use the vacuum feature. The disposable pads are easy to put on. The only thing that I have found with this is that it leaves streak marks on my wood floors - but so does the swiffer. I think this is great for tile floors, under the stove/cabinets/fridge/corners. It's great for touch ups as well, not necessarily for deep cleaning!

This mopvac is amazing. I love that it picks the dirt up and stores it in the pad. I dont have to worry about emptying it and the dirt doesnt come back out while sweeping! I bought my first one over a year ago, it lasted about 6 months before I broke it. Then i bought another one and within a few months it also broke. Same place. It doesn't do well with turning into hard to reach spots. I wish these were cheaper so I could keep buying them!

I bought 2 because the first one I only used to clean small areas around the lunch table. Less than 6 months, the cable (plastic) broke. I bought the 2nd one, because the first one was super useful and easy to clean, but also, less than 6 months later, the same problem. The cable broke in the exact same spot. So I'll be looking for something durable and not as disposable as it is.

The pads are expensive and 1 pad doesn't withstand mopping half laminate floor they roll and going forward is the only wat to get a halfway descent swipe this mop! You can only really vacuum when dry not so much while mopping when piles are little damp just pushes it around honestly! Lights were good though!
