The cord is long and it’s easy to change the settings. I found it too big to fit me (I wear a US women’s 8) but for my husband it fits nicely. The massage is just in the middle of the pad. It heats up quickly. The fabric is soft and comfortable.

I have no complaints. I can adjust the fitting on my knee as tight or as loose as I want and during the hot season, it’s also verybreathable the material.

I twisted my knee and didn’t think I’d want to use the massaging option but it actually helped those muscles relax. I like how easy it is to wrap it around my knee. It is a comfortable fit. It does feel durable. It also felt good around my knee. I use it after a long week of workouts. I like the heat and the vibration. I did not try them all yet, but it does have 10 relaxing combinations and 7 settings of2 heat and 5 massage. I would definitely recommend this massaging knee wrap.

There are two velcro attachments to hold this in place on your knee, and it’s really quite strong velcro! It hold the wrap in place really nicely, we’ve also wrapped it around our thighs to try it on our quads as well which is nice! The material itself is really soft and comfortable to have on your leg The heat is really just the right amount of heat which feels nice and the the massage feels more like a vibration than a massage, but it’s still good depening on what you’re looking for. While this does feel really nice, I’m not sure that it will have any long-term benefits as far as helping with soreness from working out, but it’s a nice way to relax
