Description

NO HEAT!
It does not anywhere near hot enough. With no gel pack, it gets maybe lukewarm. With the gel pack in, it doesn't even get warm at all, the gel pack stays cool. Complete waste of money unfortunately.

Not what I hoped for
The primary joint I'm using it for is the knee but it seems to have a small heating area that doesn't seem to get very hot. To attach to other areas requires a lot of tying down. I'm uncertain whether the gel pac would even be beneficial. I guess this is used for the cold feature but there are better ways to provide cooling.

Great Pain Relief
I bought this a couple of weeks ago and have been using it for pain on my elbow and the tight and warm sensations has greatly helped to decrease my pain. My only warning would be to be careful with the gel pack as it can be broken easily.

I recieved my heating pad 6/6/21 the next day after cleaning my carpets...it triggered a small pain in my back to increase to the extreme. To which I thought getting up & walking with be very bad for next few days...oh how happy I was to open the box to see it was the heating pad....it has made a big difference. It really relaxed the muscles in my lower back....thank you!

All over relief!
I have recently ordered a PureRelief Universal Joint and Muscle Heating Pad for a bicep and deltoid muscle strain, and I am extremely impressed. I appreciate that there are 4 settings of warm, low, medium, and high. I also find a lot of use for the two extra long straps that it comes with, which makes it easier for me position on my body. The best part of this heating pad is that I can use it for heat or ice, as it does come with a gel pack that can be heated up in the microwave for extra heat, or can be frozen and inserted inside the heating pack to be used as as ice pack. I have never seen an ice pack that has this all in one component and I absolutely love it! I highly recommend this product and definitely find myself using this for multiple different parts of the body.

This offers great flexibility of features, but I found the area delivering heat to be too hard to place effectively. Consequently, I didn't get the heat relief I was seeking.

It has velcroe and it also has two other straps if you need more strength to hold it in place. It is washable. It has an auto shut off feature. It has a nice long cord. It has a 5 year warranty, which is really nice. I would recommend it! I used it on my knee and it helps relieve pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this heating pad! It is different than others in that you can use it in those hard to reach areas. Need it to stay put on a Shoulder, or knee? That isn’t a problem with this heating pad. It has Velcro and has straps that help it to stay put exactly on the joint or area in need of heat therapy. It also comes with a cooling pack that you can use too if need of Ice therapy. This is a all in one item that will help you soothe sore, overworked, or tired muscles. This will replace my old methods of trying to heat my arthritic knees. I used to just have to hold my heating pad in place or sit still when using a heating pad. Now I can move a little bit more because this pad stays put on my knee without me having to use my hands to hold it in place.
