I am an ice aholic. This is a great little machine that makes clear ice! We stopped using the built in refrigerator ice maker and strictly use this one. I am using reverse osmosis water and we have not had any problem with mineral build up with minimal cleaning.

This icemaker was exactly what we needed for our occasional Church Potlucks, Family Reunions and Holiday Gatherings. However, after a few uses it stopped working, I contacted the company, and they were absolutely amazing. They were so easy to work with, very polite and apologetic for the inconvenience and assisted me in the process.

Had a leak when it arrived. Needed a new part and factory wasn’t very helpful insisting on all the paperwork. So it sat here unusable for several weeks. My repairman said it was the same part leaking. He tightened it and told me not to move the machine or it will leak again.The good? It makes ice like a mean sumbitch. And it’s great hard ice.
