I too thought I just got a bad batch this time around... I have been buying this toilet paper for YEARS. It was wonderful. Now the toilet paper at work is softer. Disappointing. Be better Target. My ratings would have been all 5-star prior to my most recent purchase.

Boooo!!! They changed this toilet paper!! A big thumbs down for me, I will never buy it again. I’ve been buying it for a couple of years now and it was soft and strong. It was just as good as Charmin this last time I bought it August 2025, it is so different. It’s dry and rough. It’s terrible. I’m so disappointed. It was always a really good toilet paper at a great price. Forget about it now. I will pay the extra money for Charmin. I’m so disappointed!! Target why???

The quality of this product has plummeted. I've used it for years and been satisfied, but my last purchase was awful. I've had softer toilet paper in public restrooms. It's crinkly and scratchy and not soft at all. Might as well be using newspaper.
