Picture and surround sound

I brought this Tv two weeks ago and I have found that not just the sound but the picture is so crisp and clear. So easy to set up even with voice control. Sound is fantastic even with out sound bar. Ideal for gaming came with fitting for wall mounted. The spec was very good when reading about it ' ifelt was better than the spec had said. Size perfect for my room . Great free movies that come with it.

Not that impressed.

Not all that impressed really. Having a Sony TV and dvd player I was expecting some kind of sync between they so that one remote controls the volume at least but that's not the case. 3 required. Plus the sound on the TV needs to be turned down or you get and echo between TV speakers and sound system. I was expecting it to be more of streamlined experience.

Alright but not amazing

Easy to set up and no issues with software but the picture choices are poor. Any movie not filmed for imax has a black border above and below the main picture defeating the point in having a 50” tv

A new television after 18;yrs.

This TV replaces a 2008 Sony TV that has given sterling service.After three weeks of use ,we are almost familiar with its features.Firstly and positively,the picture quality on HD and internet channels is very good indeed.The sound quality is also good.However,making adjustments to the picture is a very lengthy affair:the slider logos do not respond easily and after 30 mins l generally give up. I regret the absence of freeview and I cannot view a few of my favourite channels. I will wait and see if there are changes to come.

Probably the best 43 inch LED TV available

Need to read many different instructions to obtain answers, eg 'how do I get BBC I player ' . I know the answer is available but where do I find it. Where is a simple instruction book. I still dont know if my TV is Android or Google since the Reference guide does not say and You need a magnifying glass to read the Reference guide.

Chocolate Teapot Technical Help Line

The TV has a nice picture. The setup wasn't easy as the setup was left to the smart TV what totally let the Sony TV was the Sony Technical help line. They don't seem to know a lot about the setup. Wanted to connect my Alexa but needed to find the smart speaker app they did everything but tell me how. Now having to wait for the higher Tech dept. I am two marks away from returning the TV as it is advertised as working with Alexa.

Great Picture and Sound
