Fed Ex delivered to wrong house; photo shows neighbor’s house. They said they didn’t get it. How do I get this rectified? I have contacted FedEx but Target should have better contractors and I am out my money. Please help me!

Small enough to take anywhere with seriously impressive, sound and base
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly love this speaker. It was super easy to connect. It’s much louder than I expected for its size and the sound stays really clear. The ULT button gives the base a noticeable boost without making everything sound muddy. It’s compact enough to carry around easily and the strap is perfect for taking it outside or moving it from room to room. The white color is really cute too. Definitely something I’ll use all the time.

My main disappointment of this speaks is that the bass is over powering the overall sound quality. The clarity is good in a few locations which have athe ability to absorb the bass. No good in saying a tiled room. The SRS-XB100 can achieve a better clarity but do not match the bass of the ULT. I think that would be great for both units to have a bit of each sound in eachother. Battery life is good and portability is okay. I have decided not to plunge the unit in to a bath of water to find out how it will stand up to it. If we ever get rain again and I have left it outside then I will know what its waterproof is like.

Great speaker
I have had this for a week now and it is the most amazing sound I have ever heard in my little house. The clarity is great, it's very portable, not trialed the waterproofing and hope not to. The battery life is impressive and the bass is absolutely terrific. I absolutely love it.

Excellent Product
I have another Sony wireless speaker and can’t believe the power of this new one I bought in sale with John Lewis. It’s very small but the sound quality is stunning. Not added equalisers as yet. Very pleased and great for holidays to easily pack.

I've had it for about 6 weeks , and it's fantastic for the garden ,living room , shower room etc , I only ever need it on about 1/4 of its volume capacity, the bass quality is fantastic .battery life is good ive only charged it once , I don't use it everyday but about 3 or 4 timesa week

Good little speaker

Had this about 2 weeks now, sound quality very good, easily portable good companion app, price good.Bought it to replace a Bose and at the price sound quality and size it it is in my opinion better, the bass boost especially.

Initially disappointed until I got a chance to run this thing a while and found the sweet spot between settings and room placement ... Wow, I love it. Small spaces and low volume do it no justice. It does like to stretch "stretch it's legs" a bit. Definitely more suited for an afternoon/evening of cleaning up garage than a small bedroom office.
