To troubleshoot this issue, follow these steps: - When connecting to a device, ensure you are selecting the model name without the "LE_" prefix. Wait a few seconds for the correct model name (WH-1000XM4) to appear. - Disconnect any devices you no longer wish to connect. If the headphones are already connected to another device, that could prevent new connections. - Initialize the headphones: Turn off the headset while the USB Type-C cable is disconnected and then press and hold the (power) button and the CUSTOM button simultaneously for 7 seconds or more. The indicator (blue) flashes 4 times, and the headset is initialized. The audio quality on these headphones dwarfs anything I’ve had before, the noise cancelling is exceptional - to the point that I often have to turn it off when I need to listen out for things. It fit my ears/head really well and I find it very comfortable - definitely worth the money

Colours very pretty I got the silver , I was using my family members bose quiet comforts before only thing that was better was the clamp tbh the Sony has a tighter clamp and it affects my neck but I have pre existing conditions I’ve manage to stretch them out a bit but overall the Sonys rank higher .

I was expecting a lot from these, yes the noise cancalling is good, but the sound wasnt amazing. true fully my very old bose are better on sound and only slightly under these on noise cancelling

I bought Sony to replace my B&O headphones, noise cancellation is important for me, to cut out noise while on planes. The B&Os build & style is certainly more superior, a little heavy side maybe. However for price tag, sound quality, noise cancelling & being user friendly the Sony is better, in my opinion & I wish I had bought Sony in the beginning.

I usually have discomfort issues wearing over ears headphones for more than half an hour, but these offer generous ear space, cushioned pads and are lightweight. ANC is also sufficient for blocking out noise on aircraft. So far so good after a couple of weeks ownership

Was bought these for Mother’s Day and I’ve used them about 4 times since. The sound quality is good but the icing on the cake is the noise cancelling. It is fantastic! And when O start talking it brings back the sound so of o am talking to someone, I don’t miss anything.
