Picks up background noise on calls
Has excellent noise cancelling and is comfortable and easy to use. It does pick up background noise quite significantly when I am in work calls (for the receiving end of the line). It also sometimes cuts out a bit - I get reports my voice goes quiet.

Pity they can't be used when charging and the power button would be better if it was a significantly different shape to the custom button.. Otherwise a nice osir of cans.

Worked straight out of the box
This pair of headphones did all that it was said to do, straight out of the box. Followed instructions and it was easy: even registering online. The carry pouch was impressive as well as the noise-cancelling facility.

Super Great Headphones
I love these headphones I've had them for about 8 months and easily my favorite thing I own. I'm always using them in almost any environment and they have great noise cancellation. If your curious about them I promise they work great and have awesome features. I love the bone white color way too it looks great and has a fun pop!

Amazing definitely worth the money
Absolutely amazing the sound quality is great and so is the sound cancelling my only complaint would be sometimes the sound cancelling will switch to sound ambient but it really easy to change it back on the app and this has only happened a few times in the time I have had these headphones and if it really annoys you you I'm pretty sure you can change some settings on the app I'm just too lazy to do it

Very good sound experience
I purchased these headphones after trying my friends while on holiday, they are so good I decided to buy my granddaughter a pair. Last night I connected them to my Sony TV and had an immersive movie experience. The sound quality and various modes are extremely good, making these headphones good value for what I paid.

Great help for my deafness
I don't normally spend a lot on headphones but due to my hearing loss I find it difficult to understand voices but with the help of a Curry's member of staff on trying the headphones I find I can hear speech much easier. I mainly use them for TV So for me they are great

Don’t waste your money
Anytime you clear your throat or cough or sing or even just open your mouth they turn off it is extremely annoying!

Hi there, We're sorry to hear you're running into this issue with your WH-1000XM4 headphones. It sounds like the Speak-to-Chat feature is activating when you don't want it to. This feature is designed to automatically pause your audio when it detects you speaking. The quickest solution is to either turn the feature off or adjust its sensitivity: -Turn Off Speak-to-Chat: The fastest way is to simply hold two fingers to the center of the right ear cup. You'll hear a voice tell you it's been deactivated. -Adjust via the App: For a longer-term fix, we highly recommend diving into the Sony | Sound Connect app on your phone. In the app, look for the Speak-to-Chat setting. You can choose to either toggle the entire feature off, or you can adjust the Voice Detection Sensitivity to "Low" so it won't trigger from minor noises. You can learn more about this on our site.
