Q: Do the pillows fit in twin xl pillow cases?

A: No, I think it would be a quite of a squeeze to get it in to a twin pillow case because this is a standard queen size pillow. Measure the twin pillow case and check if it's at least 20" 's wide.

basically the sams amount of support as a couch pillow
I bought this to replace an older pillow that got lumpy. The new one is so inadequate that I used the older pillow to reinforce the new pillow in the case. My own fault for trusting Target wasn't selling store brand garbage.
