We have used this ice maker 3 times and so far it is great. I saw where someone said that they form in square sheets and that was too difficult to break, but it is not hard at all to break into separate cubes, in fact, we like it better this way in case we want to use the ice for our ice chest. My husband and I can make enough in one day to last all week and we are very pleased so far! We like the clear ice and It is not loud at all!

I was fed up with ice always tasting like frozen food packaging so I purchased this ice maker and I wasn't disappointed. I'm so pleased with the quality and quanity of the ice this machine makes. The ice is crystal clear and square shaped. I've chosen to use filter water to make sure my ice is as pure as possible. I give this ice maker a vote of 100% like.

We have a place up in the woods in Maine that sees a lot of family throughout the year. The ice maker on our frig couldn't keep up with the demand needed for ice on keeping drinks cold. This machine did the trick. No plastic or unwanted taste in the cube. True, the cubes are not super big but last longer than the machines that produce bullet cubes.

So I bought this for my fiancé’s birthday. A woman who is hard to buy for lol. But it was an agreement with our 4 adult daughters this would be the perfect gift. She has never been so happy to have her own personal clear ice machine. It makes I’ve easily and it does what it says. 40lbs in 24 hours!! We have a freezer full of bagged ice. Worth every penny I spent to make her happy!!

I really like the ice maker. It makes good ice, as we have a reverse osmosis water faucet and use that water only in the ice maker. Ice does not change the flavor of your drink other than the usual thinning the mix as the ice melts. Bought this for RV use but like it so well I use it everyday. Less moving parts in this model than the ones which make the bullet shaped ice. The ice is way more clear also.

Bought this little countertop icemaker and it has turned me into a happy camper! Always have ice. Even allow my husband to give the dogs ice again so he's also a happy camper. I am thrilled with this purchase and is so easy to use and care for.

I love this ice maker. It is super easy to use. Plug it in, add water and voila you have the best square cube ice.I turn the sheet around in the basket and use an ice pick, one, two, three the ice separates into cubes.

Way less moving parts than the less expensive machines. This machine operates like a commercial machine and makes crystal clear ice cubes that last a long time. I use purified water in mine so ice is really clear. Had a couple of the less expensive machines and this one beats them hands down! Don’t waste your money on the cheap ones. Pay a little more and get a much better machine. you could harvest ice for a cooler.

I love this ice maker for our home bar. It makes solid cubical ice that doesn’t overly dilute drinks. This 40 lb/day model is perfect for both shaking and adding to your drink glass. The capacity looks like it can keep up with a cocktail party.

It's easy to use and makes all the ice we could ever need and more. We leave it on all the time and it turns off when the ice bin is full so there's plenty of ice in the morning. I'd gladly recommend this as it's solid and well built and the red one looks lovely sitting on the counter.

I fill it every few days, and every night take the entire tray of ice. Unlike my ice maker in my fridge, it's always got I've in it. Unlike my bullet ice maker, it stays frozen quite a long time. I found the best ice for me is +2 minutes. Gives me good size cubes that are still easy to break apart.

I use it everyday. works like a charm. use filtered water to make cubes and you will be satisfied for all your favorite drinks, no need to buy bag ice which will save you money.clean before first use let it chill for the first time use and its good to go, every 15 minutes a set of cubes are made and has an auto shutoff when the basket it full, comes with plastic scoop. Cubes are solid so they don't melt easily. The flavor of the ice is pure. It is convenient and a great value for the money, can't go wrong.

If you’re reading this, you love ice too. This unit generates crystal clear ice that is perfect for my needs and is chewable (Note that the cubes are not tiny, but just right for me) I never took the effort to actually time it, but feel that it takes more than 15 minutes per single sheet of ice cubes. It generates four or five sheets before saying that the bin is full. I fill it with about 2 quarts of water and have to empty the bin a couple of times before it runs out. The unit appears to be solidly built – my only hope is that it will last many years!

This is great little ice maker. I use purified drinking water (not distilled water) and it makes pretty much crystal clear ice. The cubes are restaurant size and quality and you can adjust the thickness size of the cubes if you like. For durability I can't say much at this time because I only use about 2 to maybe 3 times a week and about 1.5 to 2.5 hours per use but it does what I need it to. It makes thick cubes in about 24 minutes and I like the fact it will recycle the water when the ice melts if the ice is left in there a while. You will need to keep an eye on it when making ice due to the fact the ice will not always land on the off switch correctly when ice bin is full. Overall I am very happy with this ice maker. I like the design, features, and functionality of it and I love the color of the black stainless steel which matches my microwave oven and other appliances.

We have used similar models in the past and have been fine with them, the convenience of having ice when you want it can not be understated. We are definitely using more ice than ever and we haven't had any of the problems other people mention.

Love this machine, it makes more ice than my family can use in a day (that is a LOT). Ice does have a tendency to come out as a block of cubes, but I keep an ice pick nearby and easily break it up. Much better than the bullet ice machines, those never could keep up with the three ice users in our house. No more waiting for the ice machine to drop the next load to fill my mug! I no longer have to keep back up ice trays in the freezer for emergencies!
