Haven't had it long, but it's been working great from the start. Cleaning it is easy. We'll see how long the original filter lasts.

Filters are pretty expensive, but other than that, I'm happy with it. I don't trust the color sensor, though. It always goes orange for a few seconds when I turn it on and then turns green right away.

Says it removes smoke, but it doesn't. The smoke smell stuck around for over two hours, even on high. Returning it.

No matter where I place this thing, the light stays green. I can see dust particles floating around, so I know it's not working. Returned it.

No complaints so far. I've had it for almost a year, and the original filter is still good. I vacuum the filter every three months, and the sensor picks up the extra dust and kicks into high gear for a minute. The sensor's been a bit off, though. It used to go red every time I changed the cat litter nearby, but now it doesn't. The filter picks up a lot of cat fur.

Bought the two-pack and placed them in very different rooms,one with a lot of traffic and pets, and the other in a bedroom. Both showed the filter needed changing at the same time, so I'm guessing it's based on time, not actual filtration. If I had to do it over, I'd go with a model that has reusable filters. The replacement filters are pretty expensive! That said, I do think they help clear out dust and pollen.

As the title says, we expected constant dust cleaning, but it hasn't been doing that. I'll give it another month before I give up on it.

Unboxed it, took the plastic off the filter, and noticed the interior of the machine was totally broken.

Great at cleaning dust, smoke, and particles from the air. Just make sure you keep it close to the source of smoke or odors like your kitchen. Otherwise, it takes a while to clear the air. The replacement filters are way too expensive though, so I'm knocking off a star for that.

The product took longer to arrive than expected. I've had it running for about a week, and the light's always green. I cooked bacon, and the smell went away pretty quickly. Not enough time to see what else it can do, though.

Switched to a NuWave because it doesn't run the fan all the time. The sensor in the NuWave only kicks on when it needs to. This one drives me crazy since it's on all the time.

Bought this two months ago, and it's already telling me to replace the HEPA filter.

It works, but the filter needs cleaning or replacing too often.

The cord is way too short. You have to keep it away from the wall, and the power cord just doesn't reach far enough.

Unpacked it, took the plastic off the filter, plugged it in, and the lights went red, yellow, green, and then nothing,all within five seconds. The power button didn't do anything. Been waiting for a response from customer service for two days now.

Got this air purifier to replace my old Shark that broke. I've had it for five months and had to replace the filter twice. It keeps telling me the air's dirty, but the light never goes back to green. Turned it off, spun the filter, and it goes green again. Such a hassle! Ended up buying a Shark air purifier with a five-year filter instead.

It's quiet on low and medium speeds, but loud on high. I haven't noticed any change in air quality. I have one in my laundry room where I keep my chickens, and it's not handling the dust. Same thing in the living room, still tons of dust everywhere. Don't think it's doing what it's supposed to.

Helped get rid of the mildew smell in the house. Nice.

Love it! Super quiet. I don't even hear it at night. Would be nice if it came with a remote though.
