I received a used iron. It was dirty and had marks all over it. It's unfortunate that it wasn't checked before it was sent out.

Works great, smells awful, love the iron, just reeks when I use it? Kinda like sulfury eggs

I’d give this zero stars if I could. Item arrived used with minimal packaging. It was dirty, had water condensation in the tank, and the bottom was crusty where it had been used.

Received used item shoved back in the box! The instructions are mangled and the iron is even dirty. Should’ve listened to the negative reviews about these irons being shipped from a return center.

Quite frankly, this seems to be a continuation of KD’s review. I ordered this iron and once it was delivered. I noticed that I received an item from the return department. It had the sticker as well and water inside of the iron. Could I have received the same one? The world may never know. This is a first receiving a heavily used item. Unfortunately, I will be returning this.

This is a super reliable little iron - great for use as a “pseudo-steamer” to get wrinkles out of hanging clothes!Lightweight, too!

Came from the return center. I’m shocked Target would send me a used item. I notice on the box that the shipper was a return center and when I opened up the box the iron was clearly used. Residual water was still in the iron and the sole plate had been used too. I could clearly see marks on it. I will be returning.

Unfortunately I didn't receive this iron, so I can't rate it. I received a steamer instead? I reordered this iron, hopefully the shipper will pay attention to what is ordered and ship what was ordered.

The first thing that I noticed was how lightweight it is. It isn't awkward and bulky like other irons. Even when filled with water, it is still very light. It heats up very quickly. No need for a 10 minute heat up wait. You're ready to go in just a few minutes. Then there is the ergonomic design. It fits so comfortably in my hand. The ceramic soleplate glides just as effortlessly over my shirts as it does my jeans. It doesn't snag buttons either. It is a smooth slide right over them The steam function is phenomenal. You can get a quick burst or a continual steam depending on your needs. The steam spray comes out in an ultra fine mist that creates a uniform steam and I don't worry about having any water droplet stains on my clothes. It also has vertical steam and I use that when I just need a quick steam on an item and don't need to fully iron it. Another cool thing I noticed about this iron is how nicely placed the cord is. It doesn't get in the way and I don't worry about holding it out or ironing over it. This truly is a well designed and functioning iron. It makes my de-wrinkling tasks a quick and painless process. I actually don't mind ironing now. I get it done in less time and my clothes look amazing.

It's lightweight, instructions are easy to follow, and it gets hot very fast. I can immediately see the difference in my clothes and kids clothes in a matter of seconds. It has different hotness level settings as well as steam settings, I ironed my clothes laying flat or on a hanger using the steam setting so you can use it in various ways.

My husband has a lot of nice button down shirts that he wears to work and needs them to look nice and this works well to achieve that! Sometimes I put his shirts in the dryer instead of hanging them up and they come out wrinkled. This iron solved that problem and is easy to use!
