Size 1: 43mm diameter 7cm length of the cup from rim to stem holds 20ml of liquid (recommended for women between the ages of 19-30 with light to medium flow) Size 2: 47mm diameter 8cm length of the cup from rim to stem holds 25ml of liquid (recommended for women over 30 or post-baby with a heavy flow) We hope this helps!
submitted byThe Honey Pot Company - 3 years agoBrand expertA: You can consider a to be a single row with 2 columns (actually a 1D vector), and b array to be 2 rows with one column.

It made me itchy everytime I use it. It keeps leaking. Mind you that I have used this from different brands before and this has not happened to me before

Okay, so this was my first ever cup. I've had a kid, and I have a few days of super heavy periods, with the rest being light or spotting. I have a retroverted uterus, so I was worried about a cup not working out right. I don't like pads. I'm tired of blowing through $20 of tampons a month. So I got this. I just folded a side in, so it looked like a flower bud (I guess), and it was easy to slide in. However, it pops open too soon (in my opinion), so positioning it was problematic. My other issue was the stem. There's zero grip on it, so when you're trying to remove it, it's extra difficult to break the suction (and keep it broken) while pulling. On top of that, the stem is just a cut piece of silicone, so the edge kept poking when I sat (and I couldn't put it in further, and if I cut the stem I'd have even more trouble removing it). My suggestion to the designer is to either make it a loop, or put a small ball on the end. Honestly, requiring two fingers to pull and one to break...or both hands to remove, is just too much. I ended up with another brand that's more of a bowl with loops, and I can fairly easily remove it with one hand. Different shapes work for different people (same with different rigidity to the rim), but a straight stem with no grip isn't helping anyone, in my opinion. I did not have any leaking.

So I have been researching the best possible product for my period. I hate how tampons feel so wasteful and it made me nervous what I heard some of these brands are putting in our tampons. Pads have always been gross I just felt gross sitting in blood all day. And today I finally got the courage to try a menstrual cup. I was terrified, but thought you know I'm saving money it's less wasteful then the other options it can't hurt to try. It took me an hour to finally get it in correctly. And then to take it out the first time it took some time as well but now I think I've got the hang of it and I love it. I can't tell it's in, I have been wearing a panty liner with it but have not had a leak problem yet. My advice is if you're willing give it a try it's totally worth it. I'm excited to see once I get the hang of it how much easier it will be. And I love the idea of being able to go to sleep and not worry about toxic shock from a tampon.

I got one of these finally to try for a backpacking trip. PROS: Little to no leakage, convenient, saves a ton on tampons, environmentally friendly, no worries of chemicals, no poopy string, etc. CONS: First time inserting resulted in massive cramps for several very painful hours of keeping me awake half the night, but then finally calmed down. Extraction takes some practice; Either you pop it out and it spills blood everywhere (ruined my socks backpacking), if you have long nails you accidentally pinch your own vaginal skin (EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE) trying to grip the teeny, tiny little stem and/or repeatedly jam your fingers in as far as they can possibly go in all manner of positions until about 5 nerve-wracking minutes later you finally finagle the thing out. Overall, I really like the convenience and the general experience of a menstrual cup. I don't know if I will necessarily buy THIS cup again, due to the extremely difficult process of getting it out. After using many times, I still struggle and really wish the stem had some kind of better shape or grip to it--I get anxiety worrying one of these times it'll get stuck for good. Just not a good design in that aspect.
LOVE IT!

I was really let down by this product. I've used other brands of menstrual cups and was excited to use this one because I love honey pot products. This was such a miss for me. The cup is so uncomfortable to wear while sitting, even after removing and reinserting. I would not recommend.
Wouldn't recommend, terrible removal

I bought this because I've used other menstrual cups before and thought it would be similar. I was mistaken because this cup is terrible to remove. It has no loop to grab on to and if you put it in right the stem is so hard to grab. Also why is the stem hollow? Overall, I regret buying this and wish I could get my money back.

Hard to remove and the stem was so, so uncomfortable. The Saalt cup was a relief after this one.
Works well, but tears after routine use

It does its job usually if you put it in right. Pretty easy to put in and take out and you can't feel it at all once it's in. However, mine got some tears in it that kept blood and bacteria in there after a few months of use. I was very careful with it and it still got tears from folding it to put it in.
Longer cord,pull string PLEASE!

I love the product. Works great. Every time I use it I have to "fish it out" and I can barely get the string end with my fingernails. Please consider making the string longer, it would help with this process
I would buy again

This product has done wonders. My periods have been more tolerable and manageable. My cramps aren't nearly as bad as they are when I use tampons. The only downside is, if you don't put it in correctly, it could be a little uncomfy but not bad at all. Once you get the hang of it, it amazing! This is my second period I've had while using this product and I have very heavy periods but I can keep it in for hours with no leaks! I would recommend this to a friend!

Absolutely life changing for periods. It did take some time to learn and get used to. I also had to cut the stem as it was very uncomfortable. Now I love love love it!

First time using a menstrual cup after doing tampons + liners for years. I'm 37, but got Size 1 to try it out. Put it in this morning around 9am, 12 hours later I was so impressed to see there was barely anything on my pantyliner, especially when I removed the cup to find it full to the 20-ml line! Made me a fan, I'm never going back to tampons! Now to figure out what to do with the box of them I still have in my bathroom cabinet 🙃 Also, my second time putting it back in after rinsing felt waaay better than my first, so don't give up if at first it doesn't feel as comfortable as you'd want. Just adjust the next try. For me, I didn't have it inserted as high as I needed initially. Thanks for a great product, Honey Pot 🩵

The stem is so long it's so insufferable and I don't care that you can trim it, bc I have a super high cervix and it still hangs out whenever I put it in. It's so uncomfortable and annoying, I would recommend a Diva Cup more
I would not buy again..

Comfortable when in.. but WHY is the stem hollow?? It's terrible for gripping already without a ball or something at the end, but being hollow makes it harder. Also, it's just extra space for water to sit and potentially grow bacteria, and difficult to clean.
Stem is too long.

Should have a shorter stem since this is the smaller size, makes it really uncomfortable to wear . Also a white dust bag wasn’t ideal even for a clean one.

I haven’t tried it yet but just the instructions make me feel like I shouldn’t. There’s a bunch of spelling errors and they call it a tampon, and don’t tell you how to remove. As a first time user, it really turned me off to trying it.

Painful, hard plastic, STAY AWAY. I’m an experienced cup user (5yrs into it @ 30yrs old) I’ve used the pixie cup and the divia. Tried this one as I misplaced my others in a move. OUCH this is SO painful. And it keeps ahold of an odor, even if you don’t have one!!The plastic is so thick, and the edge is sharp. It’s hurts after insertion and will have you clenching in the gut from the pain when taking out. The rubber is so stiff I could never get it to fully expand. Buyer beware.
