Beyond dissapointed
I used to LOVE these drops! Used blink for years with no relief. Started these and on day one had instant relief. BUT NOW the 1oz bottle that I was getting no longer has your “patented” DEQUEST in it any longer. See my pictures. The new 1oz bottles have new added ingredients and no longer have DEQUEST. Only the .5 oz bottles have DEQUEST in them as well as the THERA TEARS EXTRA .5oz bottle. Neither of these is cost effective. So if you want DEQUEST, which actually makes all the difference and works, you have to spend more and get less. The 1oz bottle is no better than BLINK drops to me. Useless. I wondered why my eyes were so dry and burning and itching….looked at the ingredients and saw the change. SMH…. Won’t waste my money on this anymore. I love how companies work in new extra ingredients and take out the one good one that mattered.

Relief in a bottle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little bottle goes with me everywhere. I suffer from chronic dry eye due to an autoimmune disease and have used a lot of different eye drops on the market. This is my favorite so far. I feel like the relief lasts longer than most other drops. My eyes are also pretty sensitive and this has not caused any irritation. I purchased a second bottle to keep by my bed . It truly works wonders.

I don’t need to use it multiple times through the day. I feel the relief I’ve been looking for. Nothing notable for the smell and no irritation from the ingredients for me personally and packaging is as expected classic and thankfully travel size I take it everywhere!

These taste awful in my throat
Eye drops drain through my tear ducts into my throat, at which point I can sometimes taste them. These taste bad. Should have thought of that before buying them. There's a big list of chemicals in the ingredients list, some of which must cause the bad taste.

Not preservative-free
It's been years since I've used these but I like what I've read so far about them. I'm writing the review to clarify that they are not preservative free as another reviewer thought. Sodium chlorite is a preservative. Most often, preservative-free eyedrops need to come in the single use vials. There are now some new multi use containers designed with extra protection in the bottle, maybe of a one-way flow valve, to keep the contents sterile but most multi use bottles require preservative.

Soothes Irritated/Dry Eyes

Theratears works well for my dry eyes! Have tried others recommended by Dr. but these are best for me. They feel closest to natural tears, no residue on eye, no burning. Immediate relief!
