[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Tide detergent is excellent at cleaning my clothes. The April Fresh scent is refreshing and lasts in my clothes after drying and when wearing. The east pour spout allows me to pour just the amount I need but I can also put it in the handy cap. My clothes also have a softness to it. I will keep using this detergent ad its not my favorite.

Tide touch of Downy was perfect and now it smells like fake cherry instead of Downy April Fresh. I still use it with clorox to hide the scent, but I miss the original. It was perfect, huh, with stain removing and garment conditioning properties all in one top of the line product. I haven't been truly satisfied with another product since the reformulation.

The new metallic labeled tide plus downy ultra is horrible . I used the original and loved it now I thinks it smells like pee when my clothes are finished !

There are several potential causes for this - infrequent use of a machine; a build-up of residue in the machine; incorrect product dosage (not enough product used can cause dirt build up in the machine); leaving clothes in the machine after washing; leaving dirty/sweaty clothes in the machine for a long period before washing; or drying in non ventilated areas. To prevent malodor, regularly run a maintenance wash; do not overload the washer - wash smaller loads, especially for high absorbent items such as towels, and use at least the recommended amount of detergent. I especially love using it for my beddings, towels and beach towels to give that extra little scent boost! However, the scent is on the stronger side that you may want to mix with unscented detergent or test on once piece of clothing to see if any allergies will show up.

Obviously it was leaking out so so much, almost half of the detergent when I opened the box. And they said "I need the item return first and then will refund" how could I mail this unstable item? lol I threw it away and never got refund! Thanks for making me waste my money and precious time!

I have very sensitive skin and yet the fragrance doesn’t cause any rash. I am particularly obsessed with the updated cap which allows for the excess product to slide back into the bottle, which allows me to use each drop of the product.
