A: Thank you for reaching out! If the remote control of the air cooler is not working, we recommend trying to replace the battery first. Additionally, to enhance the cooling effect, please fill the blue bottle with water, freeze it completely, and then place it into the water tank. This will help the cooler perform more efficiently.
