Love my longer Foam Roller!

Amost like a chiropractic adjustment!

Foam roller
Awesome tool for stretching. My only negative is the item used to come with a nice mini-poster stretch guide, but now the guide is printed on the inside of the cardboard housing...nice...but not convenient for the user. Put the poster back in.

Can’t go without!
Never quite got into foam rolling, knew it was good but it just always seems uncomfortable and painful when I would try it out on those solid hard foam rollers they have that gym, BUT this foam roller is nothing like that! It feels so great and my muscles feel so much better after! I can’t go a day without rolling!

Works great!
I've been using the grid 2.0 for about five years and I have to say that it really helps relieve my back pain. It aligns my back when it feels out of place. Everyone that has tried mine out wants one once they tried it out. I recommend this product.

Nothing works better on my back!
I've used a Triggerpoint hollow foam roller in the gym for over a year. Nothing feels better on my back. I end every workout with a back roll out. I finally bought one for home. Can't wait to use it whenever I need some stress relief.

Well Made Products!
I began using TP products at my Club and could not believe how much they hurt at first and then how much they helped later; so much so, I began looking forward to using them. My stiff muscles and joints have loosened up and my overall health has improved because I am better able to work out and do cardio activity. I highly recommend TP products!!
