I bought one of this like 10 years ago, it has been my main trash can in my kitchen, and I love it! Only thing is that the swing top is fading and I’m having to replace it for a new one

I I live in Bensalem PA and would definitely recommend this trash can to anyone ! Umbra is the best . I don’t know who wouldn’t buy this amazing trash can !!!! I have two! The first one I bought 3 yrs. ago and still looks new . I’m getting a divorce and need another one .

I returned the trash can, because it was bigger than we wanted. I returned it, but now I’m getting emails saying we are late on the payments. We returned it two weeks ago.

This was a second one. The first one is still doing great for a couple of years.

So I was looking for 3 trash cans for my new house. One for general waste, one for recyclable, and the other for cans and bottles. I really like Umbra's trash bin when I saw it on the website, great design, big enough size and more importantly affordable price. But I decided to buy only one at this time just to make sure the actual product is as nice as the one that I saw on the website. When it was delivered I was really disappointed because there was a big hole in the package box in the bin inside was broken. It looked like it happened during the delivery but I decided to just give a call to Umbra Customer Service anyway. The customer service person was really kind and she said they were going to send me a new one without asking further questions. I knew I deserved this but it’s a whole different story when it comes to getting something I deserve these days from companies(I am fighting my insurance companies on a claim and they are horrible). So I decided to just buy 2 more(thankfully the come in 3 different colors and all of them look stunning) and now my wife loves how they fit in my new house. Happy wife, happy husband and I am very grateful for Umbra.
