    VERY UNHAPPY

    Wanted to let you know that I am very unhappy with this runner rug. The entire rug is all ripples and we tried to stretch it out with no success. We even used double sided tape and laying heavy objects on it. Nothing has worked. Can you help me with this problem?

    Lovely blue runner.

    It is a beautiful blue rug. It was just not the shade of blue I'd hoped for, as I'd ordered it online and it's so hard to assess colors online. But it had a great texture and was pretty dense. Rugs.com is so good about letting us return rugs that don't work out perfectly.

    Inaccurate listing

    This rug is listed as a 9x6 with medium pile height (.5"-1"). This is not correct, the rug is short a few inches both in length and width. The pile height is also 9mm on the rug label which is well below what the listing says.

    Color is off

    The rug does not look much like the photo in the listing. In stead of green with a dark green line around it, it’s green with a white line around it. Also, it is thin, but I was expecting that from the price and was going to put it over carpet anyways. Luckily I was able to return it very easily.
