Fees: A one-time purchase fee is charged for each eGift Card at the time of purchase, except where otherwise required to comply with applicable law. No fees will be applied to the eGift Card after purchase (including dormancy, service or other fees).
Restrictions:
This eGift Card is non-reloadable and may not be purchased for resale or resold. eGift Cards cannot be purchased with a Target GiftCard. Number of eGift Cards purchased may be limited. Returns are not accepted on email delivery of Visa eGift Cards.

Scam ans Fraud
Pretty much the worst gift you could buy anyone. They don’t work and no one helps you get your money worth. If you like wasting time trying to get your money back the buy this, but I recommend you don’t. This company needs to go out of business. It’s not Target, it’s InComm Payments and they are horrendous to work with.
