However, you can still use your Vitamix to make delicious whole juices! Simply add in your produce with at least enough water to cover the blades (you may want to add more to make a thinner mixture), then blend on high until smooth. Once the mixture is to the consistency you need, stop your Vitamix and remove the container from the motor base. Take a cheesecloth or one of our nifty filtration bags, and place in a large bowl. Pour the mixture from your Vitamix container into the cheesecloth or filtration bag slowly, then gather up the edges and squeeze out the juice into the bowl! You can then discard the pulp or add it to your compost!
