ugh, really???
no remote, 504 download errors over and over, and wouldn’t take my husbands email. took mine but then had gateway errors. Ridiculously complicated, non working.., we are both IT people. Bad setup. returning. should have gotten the bose.

Big sound and value for a small price
I had just a soundbar for a long time (2.0) and finally decided to get a 5.1 surround system. I am so so happy with this purchase. I have all Vizio TV’s and was already using the phone app, so it’s awesome that I can control and fine tune the sound system from the app. I would definitely recommend this one. The M also has a third center speaker on the soundbar which helps a lot for dialogue.

Awesome speaker
this speaker is awesome. we haven’t had any issues with them and we’ve had it since around christmas time. you’re able to connect the speakers to your tv remote and that’s how you control the volume since it bluetooth .. our tv allows for bluetooth devices to be added so if your tv doesn’t then maybe you could try to connect to your phone. it was worth the money. quality is on point , sometimes it sounds like you’re in a concert or a movie theater depending on what you’re listening to.

Just "ok" for tv/movies - Terrible for music
Purchased this thinking it would be better than my powered Audioengine HD3s and save me the expense of buying a remote controlled DAC. I was very, very wrong. Any music, especially on their set “music” mode sounded so incredibly muffled and far away. Tv and movies sound just ok, and for a $200+ soundbar w/subwoofer set up, that’s not ok. All around a bad purchase and was returned. I’ll stick with speakers from great brands and then tailor them to a tv and music set up from there.

This thing is absolute junk. Its connected to the HDMI-ARC connection, but it rarely connects. The sub and satellite speakers just sit there collecting dust. Now, when it turns on, its just crackily/ staticky. I have to unplug it to get it to function normally, once its plugged back in. This is after owning it for 6 months.

this ***WILL*** stop working after one year
Display on remote is guaranteed to go dead within a year. I've owned this sound bar multiple times and the remote display stops working within the first year every single time I've owned it. There is an app that is supposed to function as a remote but it won't pair to the soundbar even when you are following the directions. It's a real shame because this is the only 5.1 sound bar in this price range but it's just not worth it. Will NOT buy again.

Don't bother
Not impressed. Expensive for the low output it has in sound. I wish I would have gone with the LG. You have to turn the volume up to a minimum of 30 just for it to sound like a TV volume. I will be exchanging it because it’s not much better than my TVs audio.

It amplified the sound quality and now my family and I love getting together to watch sports and movies. The design of the sound bar is nice and it was easy to connect . It doesn’t need an additional remote control which is nice you can connect with your regulars tv’s remote .

Surround sound, mini speakers do not work at all and the actual sound bar itself does not even work. It just skips. Don't waste your money. Get a different one.

It is not the soundbar that rated, but the Target employees. They sold my soundbar out from in under me. I had 3 days to pick it up from the day of purchase. I picked it up on the 2nd day. The manager had to hunt the store over to find one. Did not give me my purchase plan that I had also ordered on line.
