Q: What kind of cables are needed for the surround speakers we just got ours maybe a month ago and the cables don’t work anymore
A: The cables are single channel RCA cables however if you contact support at support.vizio.com they may be able to help you.

With as new as the SoundBar was purchased it may be worthwhile to reach out to your local store and/or reaching out to Vizio directly and letting them know the cables seem to be defective and have stopped working already. Q: Where is the best placement of the subwoofer ? Behind the TV or in front of it ?

The best placement for a subwoofer is typically in one of the front corners of the room, about a third of the way into the room from the wall, as this allows the walls to reinforce the bass while minimizing localization issues and providing a more even bass response throughout the listening area. Q: Can this work with other smart TV’s? I have an LG tv so will it work with it?

Q: Is the soundbar mountable, other that to compatible Vizio tvs?
A: Yes it is, it even comes with a paper stencil so you can put the holes in the correct place.
