Within 3 days of buying the humidifier it broke! More specifically, it would not turn on after various troubleshooting. Vornado’s guidebook only gives 2 options for user’s to fix the unit not turning on. After ensuring the unit was plugged in correctly, letting the base dry out completely, and cleaning all components, it refused to work. For the 3 days it did work, the humidifier ran good and wasn’t noisy. However, the buttons were unresponsive at times, and weren’t helpful in determining the actual output.

All flash - no substance!
This is going back to the store. The buttons are unresponsive, it flings water droplets onto the floor, & will randomly stop working in the middle of the nights. It’s good looking but stinks!

I regret my purchase
The best part of this humidifier is that it holds a lot of water, so it can run over 24 hours without having to refill. When the light is on, the glow is warm and pretty. But I find it frustrating to use, and regret purchasing this since it was also a pricier humidifier. The “buttons” are unresponsive or slow to respond, and it’s hard to tell if you have successfully flipped to the next setting. There are no visual or audible indicators when you touch the “button”, and nothing showing what setting you are in. You would know by guessing from the amount of mist, or pushing the button to the next setting to see how it responds. I also wish there were 3 settings instead of just high or low.

I'm a fan
I bought this when I discovered that my new apartment gets very dry in the winter. The shape and color fits well in the aesthetic of my living room which was a factor in buying it. It looks nice and it's easy to operate and it has brought the humidity level of my living room up to a comfortable level. The reason I give it 4 stars is because of a minor glitch. When I operate it on the high setting, occasionally water appears at the top of the spout and the unit blows large drops of water in the surrounding area. This only happens occasionally and the issue resolves when I reduce the setting to "low". This may just be a glitch in my unit. Not sure. That being said, I'd buy it again and I recommend it.

Returned within 3 hours, leaked water everywhere, drug dealers are probably have more reliable product
Accidentally grabbed what appeared to be an already returned Vornado, but was able to find a new, unopened one. It cost $100. When I went to put it together 3 hours later it leaked immediately. I even tried different ways to fill it because I really need one and was also baffled at how it was literally leaking right off the bat. Returned for full refund.

A piece of breathable art
The obvious first thing to like about is the look! This is sleek and modern and adds style to a room. The ambient lighting is gorgeous. It’s aesthetically better than the one I had that looked like the normal white box. This is cool! Love the ficker that looks like a flame. Great The mist comes out and you can feel the air space change. You can see it being distributed in the air. It has two settings for the most and even the low setting is good. Love it It hold a lot of water so you don’t have to fill like you’re going to run out overnight or that you’ll have to fill it everyday. (Unless you’re gonna use it all day). I use it at night and occasionally during the day. This is gonna be good😊 happy with the purchase and I’d recommend So far, so good

Beautiful and Functional
We've bought this humidifier just about a month ago and have been using it every day. It works really well and the ambient lighting provided is a nice feature. We use on the lowest humidity setting and keep it on 24/7. One day we accidentally switched to the high humidity, had our bedroom door closed, and came back to a room that felt like the rainforest. As someone who identifies as a tropical plant, I had no complaints. I do wish this model came with the mineral cartridge feature, but we chose aesthetics over that and the build up has not been too bad. The capacity of the tank is incredible - we get about 28-30 hours on a full fill at the lower setting.

So disappointed!
This is wonderful and great to look at, but filling it at 16 lbs(gallon and a half) twice a day is not feasible because I am 70 and female. My bad for not realizing it wasn't top fill..will return.

I really like it! I tend to wake up to a very dry throat due to the change in weather (it’s getting colder where I am) and it’s very annoying cause I hate the feeling of a dry, sore throat. I’ve seen a drastic difference in when I wake up in the morning. Additionally, it’s very nice in terms of providing ambiance to my space in the nighttime. It’s relatively quiet—you can sometimes hear the water or the blowing of the mist if you put it on high—so I sometimes forget I have it on. The only con for me is that if you’re not careful, you can spill water since the base itself also gets filled with water. However, once I remembered that, I had no more spills.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oddly enough I came down with a really bad cold (on top of allergies) after this product arrived. It was a LOT larger than I expected (hence the once star that was removed) so it takes up more space than anticipated. However, the functionality is amazing and helped me a lot while I was dealing with dry cough and sinuses. Especially as we go into winter, I can’t wait to make use of this in my space to help battle the cold and dryness. The ambiance it creates is very nice as well along with the overall appeal. Very expensive and warm looking.

Beautiful addition to a room
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I'm gonna start off by saying I'm in Florida, so I'm waiting on some cold weather to really get the full effect of this humidifier, but as it stands it is beautiful. Soft light and it looks sculptural instead of just purely function with no aesthetic like I've seen from other humidifiers. Very quiet and the controls are easy to figure out.

The Lucerna 3 is super quiet and is very calming to view as it has a amber glow to it that almost looks like flickering flames. The light can be placed on 3 different brightness levels, and the humidifier has two levelsof power Hugh or Low. I love the button-less front panel. I would highly recommend this product to others!

It holds a lot of water and is just a great staple to have this winter. I would buy this again and again to gift to family and friends. It is 100% better than your typical humidifier you would get from costco or amazon. Do yourself a favor and get this. This is hands down my favorite Influenster product!!!
