The item was sent to me in a mail envelope instead of a sturdy box, and it was crushed when it arrived. The box was badly damaged and parts were loose in the envelope. I expect better customer service from Target.

Great monitor

Love it. Had to exchange the first one bc it wasn’t charging and Charger takes a bit to charge still but it lasts for a while. Sound is very clear I can hear him making his waking up noises before he cries.
