I bought this to replace a Panasonic that I had been using for a couple of years, and which I liked, however, said machine used batteries which would not last for more than 2 or 3 weeks. This Waterpik is rechargeable. I've been using it for almost a week now and there is no sign of the charge lessen...see moreof the reviewer's review

I have owned my Waterpik for about a year and a half and absolutely love it. I plug it in to recharge over night when it runs out of power which is usually after about a week to a week and a half of continual use. I have taken it on overnight trips and on week long camping trips it is wonderful woul...see moreof the reviewer's review

I bought the portable Waterpik because I am limited on space in my bathroom. I also own the larger model with a water reservoir that fits on top. I just wanted to comment to everyone that is complaning that this device has too small of a resivor. This Portable Waterpik is meant for convient use when traveling, not as an everyday device at home. The Waterpik Ultra is excellent for everyday use.

This worked really well for about 3 months. I followed directions on charging the battery, but one day, I turned it on, and nothing happened. The pump just stopped working

I purchased my Waterpik WP360 in February 2006 because my dentist had recommended it. I was very pleased with its performance and ease of use. However, after only 2 months, my Waterpik needed constant charging in order to function. After 6 months, it stopped working all together.I bought my second W...see moreof the reviewer's review

There is no way to tell if this item is charging or not. You are not given any type of light. As mine started to no work I charged it for over 32 hours, still nothing. I think there is a problem with the buttons you press. Awful waste of money.

Popping Tip

I bought this unit due to its cordless feature but I was disappointed with the quality just after the first try. The pressure tip keeps on popping out of the unit, you have to hold it in place. I return mine the next morning. It's a complete loss of my trust for this brand.
