This unit is great for cooling small spaces. We have some cabinets in our garge which need to be temperature controlled during the severe heat of the Las Vegas summer. This unit did the trick. If was incredibly easy to vent and install and it's self evaporative mode eliminate the need for a drain line. A great unit for cooling small spaces even in extreme heat conditions.

Received my item and had really high expectations. Much bigger than I had anticipated, really kind of loud, hoses going everywhere so get the air flow necessary. And to top it off didn't even cool the small area I had it in.

It was good for what I needed for. I had it running in a room 15x10x10 for less than a day, it drop the temp only 3degrees but it feels ok in the room. My temp gauge in the room was still around 87degrees but outside temp was around 97-100. It does blows cold AC air, I wish it didn't die on me the next morning. Tired different AC outlet in the house and still wouldn't turn back on. The best to use this is to vent the hose up so the cold air can circulate in the air longer.
